I love that you continued their story. I have a lot of issues when it comes to the final season of Merlin, but this makes up for some of it. I love that you showed that she could be strong, and that she was able to raise a brave and noble young man, who became like his father. Your manips made everything feel all the more real. Beautiful job!
I loved that you named him Arthur. It makes you think maybe he’s actually the Arthur of legends that brings peace between magic and regular folks. It would also mean Merlin would be older (more like the legends) as Arthur completes his destiny.

I couldn't figure out why Morgana made such a big deal about Gwen being queen, but not a big deal about Arthur being King. But then I realized she must have known he'd be killed, because she saw the future.
As a story it is fine fiction but it absolutely butchers historical realism. Buildings, armour, dress is just not of the period. As I am really interested in the period as an historical era, I just can't watch it.
