This is a project file and you guys are simply connecting supply pipe, waste pipe and soil pipe in same manner. Waste pipe and soil pipe connections are wrong (slope, fittings and angles are wrong). Also on hvac side sizing is not properly done. Hope you provide a better video rather than deceptive video.

It can be done through duct/pipe sizing option when you select the pipe, but this tutorial is just about the basic part of that
