What i finds "super human" about old composers is they had their music in the head and then wrote notes. No human today can do that with so many instruments at same time.

@@amanymeriam8930 Mozart composed this piece exclusively for Le nozze di Figaro, he was not inspired by Salieri, in fact Salieri had nothing to do with this subject in real life, that scene of Amadejs is total fiction, in fact the whole Amadeus is fiction, well sometimes,bur the only real inspiration Mozart by Salieri had to compose a piece was the "Variations of Mio Caro Adone K180", which actually makes a joke in the same scene, but this piece is originally from Mozart. In this case, I think of it as Salieri wishing so hard that he composed at least one of Mozart's pieces that (in his old age and failing mind) he convinced himself he wrote this, but being as hard on himself in Mozart's shadow as he was, imagined writing a dumbed down version of Mozart's work.
In the movie they pretended it was by salieri, to demonstrate the genius of Mozart. In reality it was Mozart's piece. It was not acceptable back then (as it is not now) to copy music and make it yours.
