엠넷이 언제 망했는데 처음듣는데? 첨생길때부터 프로그램도없고 노래만 쳐틀어서 쇼윈도 이상도아니었는데 존나 성공했구만 나중에 오디션프로그램으로 이상할정도로 폭발적으로 성공한거지 빵빵한자회사가있는데 망한적없는데
편집은 뭐 그럴수있다 하는데 기획력이 좋아서 망하진 않음 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 쇼미나 프듀 이런걸로 돈 오지게 벌었는데 머가망해

저런 분들은 어렸을 때부터 유연성 트레이닝을 하신분들이에요.
왜 어렸을 때하냐고하면
어리며 여성일 경우가 가장 근육이 유연할 때라 성인 때보다 학습력이 더 좋고 한계치가 더 높죠.
특히 피겨 스케이팅 여 선수분들이 유연한 이유가 걸음마를 시작하자마자 유연성 트레이닝을 해서 그렇습니다.
안되는 사람도 있을 수도 있긴 하지만 다년간의 노력으로 유연성이 길러지긴 함 왜 태권도하는 사람들이 다 평균 이상으로 유연하겠음
