- This is Tatooine: City Attack, the new map featured in Robobermann's Star Wars: Homefront era mod, a throwback to the golden age of Star Wars: Battlefront II mods which takes heavy inspiration from classics such as Battlefront Extreme and the Conversion Pack. Homefront overhauls all four SWBF2 factions, offering new units and weapons, improved visual and SFX as well as a selection of new heroes, all whilst keeping to the classic 'Battlefront-feel'. Homefront offers two new 'eras' to play on each of the stock maps, as well as support for the SWBF1 conversion maps released by Calrissian97 & DarthSith.
Pros:
+ Complete overhaul (new models, skins, units, weapons, heroes, SFX, VFX and music)!
+ Support for DarthSith's Battlefront 1 Refreshed Mappack (including Sereja's City of Theed port)
+ New game modes
+ New weapon mechanics offer a spin on classic Battlefront gameplay
+ Tatooine: City Attack map offers solid map layout and lots of explorable areas
Cons:
- Intense weapon mechanics can occasionally lead to some unfortunate spawn killing and long range AI sniping (big angry)
- Death messages don't really fit the tone the mod is going for

Roberto Battlefront 2 is pretty much just as good. Only problem is they stopped updating it when they could’ve added so much more, but other than that. I’d say it’s on par with the original.

Dude I absolutely LOVE this map! It's such an intense battle, and both sides give different perspectives. The attacking side is invading this really tightly defended area (also, why is their reinforcement count constantly decreasing?), and of course they've got gunships and walkers and all that other good stuff. At the same time, the other side has to deal with "scum and villainy" (nice twist there, luckily those guys are easy).
Honestly, though, I liked the death messages. It made the mod really funny.

Just downloaded the newest release of this mod a couple days ago. This was a fun map! Played GCW, heroes were Thrawn and Ben Kenobi. I love how the mod also supports the BF1 maps by Marvel4, a great addition. Really one of my new favorites, this mod.
Cody is a blast to play, like how he has the jetpack too. Also, Cloud City CW Conquest has Fordo! :)

Ahh the music when you start showing the Droideka... still remember when that movie came out. Its from the duel between Anakin and Dooku. I think it was Sir Christopher Lee's last performance as Dooku. Such an amazing actor! After the movie came the show, I remember watching it every weekend, so many good memories. Still remember being sad when I missed season 1 finale. I don't think they showed all seasons on tv here in Finland, but I got them all on dvd so problem solved!
Anyway, great video again! Sorry for the rambling and spamming hehehe. :P

Classic Battlefront II was a complete game at release, and EA Battlefront II took three years to become the game that it is today.

Hey JD do you know any mods that adds the Clone Blaze Troopers and Clone Assassins from the Revenge of the Sith video game as units?
Ahaha, you're picking at my memory here. Fairly certain Blaze Troopers are playable on a map called Tython: Forest. I can remember Clone Assassins on Tatooine: Tusken Camp and possibly BFX or The Battlefront Project mod, can't quite remember.

It comes with the Battlefront Remaster Project mod: www.moddb.com/mods/hd-graphics-mod. You can change skins for each of the heroes in the Fake Console.
