I think their aim to to reduce accidents, but at 60 speed, one can easily fall asleep and course accident instead, example of accident you just saw on the way someone should advice them atleast 80-90 is fairly ok for safety and time reason. I'm from Kenya but am just amazed how a small country like this, which experienced genocide has developed so fast and with almost zero corruption. Kenya was doing well after Moi was thrown out, but our tribal politics derailed us. If only Kenyans can stop the nonsense of tribalism, I believe we have the potential to become a first-world country in a few years.
I wish we could say the same good things about our very corrupt Ruto who believes in amassing earthly wealth at the expense of the ordinary Kenyans! Kagame and is such a gentleman and he cares about the Rwandese people and the country at large. Ruto ought to be trained by Kagame how to manage a country, and how to stay away from corruption.
