16:29 he specifically didn't guess the first blank. He used a Magnifying glass, which told him it was a blank, which he then racked with the soda.
What magnifying glass? He used it already at 16:07 leaving the odds at 2 blanks and 4 shots. Than after was a guess of luck because of the fact that there was no magnifying glass to use. So after he gets handcuffed at 16:16 the rest became sheer luck because he used a soda than used it on himself, leaving now 4 shots and 0 blanks. Unless I'm blind, I believe you've mistaken an item for a magnifying glass because the magnifying glass was already used at 16:07 like I mentioned, leaving none on the table for use.

So if there’s more life shells, then blank shells. You will have a higher chance of the prescription working in your favour, when there’s a situation of you losing more lives/charges

I love that the double or nothing pill bottle says "may impair your ability to drive" because the Win ending cutscene is you literally driving away with your earnings, and since the "double or nothing" mode is essentially the infinite gameplay mode, then obviously you're not playing to get the winning cutscene, hence the "impairment" to your "driving ability" 😂

For things based on probability it’s better to not base it on the individual shot but the entire round. A simple example is the first round in the video with 1 live 2 blank.
There’s a 1/3 chance its live so you have a 1/3 chance to harm yourself but even if its a blank it still goes to a 50/50 shot.
You should almost always shoot the dealer. If you shoot in this scenario is a 1/3 to hit which likely wouldn’t hit but then it would still become a 50/50 for the dealer to hit you meaning its the essentially the same but you remove the chance of hitting yourself first and also have a chance to shoot him before the 50/50. And in this scenario if Ryan shot the dealer it would have blanked. The dealer shot him and another blank, then the last was live so Ryan would have gotten the hit.
Statistically that is much better than pointing at yourself even if you fire a blank at yourself initially and this is the case in almost every single situation when you dont know the round in the gun
I was looking for a comment like this. Yes, if you start the round by shooting at the dealer first you have 66% chance of winning, if you start by shooting yourself first you have 66% chance of losing.
A similar probability problem that even confused the high level mathematicians is the monty hall problem. Look it up it's a real brain teaser.

On a 2 blank 1 live split it's better odds to shoot the dealer than yourself if I'm not wrong!
If you shoot yourself, you have a 33.3% chance to lose instantly, and then a 50/50 chance to win. If you shoot the dealer, you have a 33.3% chance to instantly win instead, and then if you don't you still have a 50/50 shot at winning.
This is of course not accounting for items, but if you're going to take a blind shot using only luck, in this situation might as well take the chance for an instant win instead of loss

Ryan! When you're on the third round of the normal game (the one with the skull) when your health is on two and the thing cuts the cable it's as if you had one life with no ability to bring lives back! Also when your lives are on full you can't heal up! (correct me if i'm wrong though)

At 5:50 you could of used magnifying glass, if it was a blank use it on yourself for extra turn, shell once using beer bringing the probability to 1B 1L 0B 2L then use handcuffs and just goto gunzone still a good strategy on your part basing it on probability

The fact that the burner phone lets you know the order of the round indicates that the dealer knows the order of the shells and the game is rigged, but he only makes mistakes to act like the game is fair… 🤔
My theory is still that The Dealer gambled with God and won (hence the bloody contract we see) and that’s why stuff so messed up.
I don’t think this worlds God is dead, necessarily, but that they had to give up their power over a certain place (like the club 👀) or the world of smthn.
This place is The Dealers domain now, that’s why you can survive shotgun blasts with only blood transfusions and defibrillators and why the gun regenerates and all that stuff.
It’s only my own little head canon tho lol

This legit might be one of the longest story I have ever wrote, this took me 2 and a half hours so if you read it all I would sincerely appreciate it, and also be astronomically flabbergasted and if you don't fall unconscious by the time you are half way through, and if you are wondering, with my excessive writing, there is no therapist who can help me with this, and this is all out of my own sanity deprivation and enjoyment, YOUR WELCOME, also a little warning, prepare yourself before you press read more, this is my longest story and my most proudest, I expect lots of comments below saying, IM NOT GOING TO READ ALL THAT, but I came prepared this time with a lot more than I usually bring to the table and this time I had to shorten it because youtube didn't allow me to post something that big, also 1:19, Ryan: "Boom, sign it down man! You're playing against fart today! Imagine getting killed by a fart though!" The dealer: (Recounts previous encounters with Ryan in his previous episodes...) "FART, I know this feeling all too well!" lmao XD -
*Ryan, known as 8-BitRyan in the gaming world, was in dire need of cash. He had exhausted all conventional means, and desperation led him to a place where luck ruled supreme and danger lurked in every corner: the underground nightclub. The place buzzed with energy, pulsating to the rhythm of loud music and flashing lights. To the untrained eye, it seemed like just another raucous party, but for those in the know, it was the facade for a deadly game known as Buckshot Roulette. As Ryan stepped into the dimly lit interior, he could feel the weight of uncertainty pressing down on him. The air was thick with tension, and the stench of fear hung in every corner. It was clear that this was no ordinary game. This was a game of life and death. Making his way to the table, Ryan was handed a General Release of Liability, a legal document absolving the Dealer of any responsibility for what was about to transpire. But what caught his eye was the name on the previous contract: "God." With a gulp, Ryan signed the document, resigning himself to the grim reality of the game ahead. The Dealer, shrouded in mystery, oversaw the proceedings with a sinister grin, knowing the true stakes of the game. The game began, and Ryan's heart raced as he faced off against his opponent. It was a game of probability, of luck, and of sheer nerve. With each pull of the trigger, Ryan danced with death, his fate hanging by a thread. As the game began, Ryan reached for his first item: the hand saw. With a deft motion, he sliced off the front of the shotgun, revealing another opening for a second shot to come through. The Dealer's eyes widened in surprise, but he quickly regained his composure, a smirk playing at the corners of his lips. "Getting creative, are we?" the Dealer taunted, his voice dripping with arrogance. "But you'll need more than tricks to best me." Undeterred, Ryan continued, reaching for his next item: a cigarette. With a calm determination, he lit the cigarette and took a long drag, feeling a surge of vitality course through his veins as his health increased by one, bringing it to an even match, 2 health against 2 health. The Dealer's grin faltered slightly at the sight, but he quickly masked his surprise with a smug expression. "A last-minute boost, eh?" he sneered. "But it won't save you from your inevitable defeat." With his health bolstered and his resolve strengthened, Ryan pressed on, reaching for his final item: a magnifying glass. With a steady hand, he examined the contents of the chamber, his heart pounding in anticipation of what he would find. The Dealer watched with a mixture of amusement and contempt as Ryan studied the chamber. "Feeling desperate, are we?" he mocked. "Scanning for a glimmer of hope in a sea of despair?" But Ryan remained focused, his gaze locked on the chamber before him. And then, with a sense of clarity that cut through the chaos of the moment, he made his decision. "Hasta la vista, Dealer," Ryan declared, his voice ringing with determination. The Dealer's eyes widened in disbelief as Ryan pulled the trigger, the gunshot ringing out like a final verdict in the silent room. "No, NO, THIS CAN'T BE!" the Dealer exclaimed, his voice filled with desperation. "I CAN'T BE DEFEATED!" But it was too late. The chamber spun, the items whirling within, before coming to a stop with a deafening finality. And as the smoke cleared, Ryan's heart soared. The Dealer had been defeated, his final life extinguished by Ryan's decisive blow. And in that moment of triumph, the room erupted into chaos, the very bounds of reality transcending into a whirlwind of sound and fury. But amidst the chaos, Ryan stood tall, his victory assured. For in the game of Buckshot Roulette, it was not luck or chance that determined the outcome, but the strength of one's will and the courage to face the unknown head-on. And as the dust settled and the room fell silent once more, Ryan emerged victorious, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead. For in the end, it was not just about winning the game, but about proving that he had the power to defy the odds and emerge triumphant against all odds* .
And there it is lol, so much time put into this story, but this game is just truly amazing so I felt the honor to write this story, I hope no 6 year old's read this, or they may never be the same again lol, but apart from that, hope you enjoyed the story, and if you are wondering yes I am an author lol, I am writing a story called long may they stand with 37,000 words atm, AND EVERYONE KNOWS THAT AUTHORS GAME 23 hours a day lmao XD 💀💀💀
In times he uses the shotgun on himself, I think he is literally trying to get rid of all the duds instead of firing one doing one damage if he guessed right. He is trying to better his chances of winning by making use of his saws only when he is 100% sure its a live bullet, that he would rather risk taking the bullet himself by chances by using the shotgun on himself rather than give you a turn at all with all the tools you have taking more damage. like in 11:49
