2 Harvesting rattan, long film

Two years later I had the opportunity to go one morning on a boat trip with Ibu Mince Tikung and Ibu Rita Yuntoi to harvest rattan in the nearby secondary forest where rattan had been planted for commercial use before. It is a longer film, to give a feeling how time consuming it all is.

Beberapa waktu lalu saya kebetulan berada satu pesawat menuju malinau dibulan januari 2020 dengan suami ibu, dan beliau menceritakan bahwa ibu sedang membuat film dokumenter tentang rotan dan saya sangat tertarik dengan film yang ibu buat, akhirnya beliau memberikan nama youtube chanel ibu, dan amazing luar biasa sekali, hopefully kita bisa berjumpa dan sharing tentang rotan, kebetulan saya bertugas sebagai penyuluh kehutanan di bahau hulu.

Late 90's we have lots of rattan here in our mountain of philippines..sadly ..rattan supply is limitted for now...due to very slow growing plants

@@famecuyahon i think it's different plant. A plant from palm family which also called rattan. the fruits and shots are edible. not rattan on this video
