Sir jo drum mein safety valve ka low pressure jo set krtei hai wo cbd line side safety valve ka hi kyo krtei hai.. Please reply sir....
CBD ka opposite side safety first khulega.. Boiler slanted rehta he matlab 4° angle pe.. to agar CBD side pehle khulega toh sludge carry over ho jyega aur wo sludge safety valve ka sheet me beith jayega .. fir chattering hoga aur hunting hoga.. isliye CBD side low pressure pe set hota he taki woh baad me khole .. pehle CBD ka opposite wala khulega ..

During cold starup there is water in both water wall and downcomer then how circulation occurs???
Sir not only during cold start up water is present in water walls & down comers, during full load conditions too water is present in both.
@@sharduljadhav1559 during full load condition there is water steam mixture in waterwall and water steam mixture density is less than saturated water in downcomer ... Therefore due to density diff natural circulation is possible
@@PankajKumar-yk9iy totally agreed Sir, just during cold start up i.e at part load natural circulation occurs atleast in gas/oil fired boilers as furnace temp rises too fast so there should not be any prob in natural circulation right?

When we have density difference zero we have one more driving factor ie Drum level which decides the circulation. Also g is const
