Here is some information on Allie, she is 14 years old and has been playing guitar for 5 years or so (don't quote me on that). Furthermore, Allie lost her mum and was bullied in school before she ever started busking; she is now home schooled and releasing new videos all the time! Allie also calls her dad a "dadager"

i like that breathness on some notes then the small yodel to make it sound natrual and not like she's trying to copy the original singer

I appreciated your observations of Allie... I'm so crazy about her, it's like I found this beautiful little bird to be my friend, and I want to protect her against anyone who might hurt her! You didn't, and not in any gratuitous way - she earned your praise, I believe she's so special. Not just in voice, but in so many other aspects of the whole package: Poise, posture, projection, humility, confidence, discipline, passion... and I guess just... ease. She does it with such ease. God bless her.

I feel the same. The way Allie and her friends work together is just amazing: with no competition, but sincere collaboration and joy.
I can 100% confirm your impression of Allie. I've been several times part of her audience in Dublin, and I am always fascinated again. She's a great guitarist with a magical voice. She has a modest personality, radiates an incredible charme and has a priceless smile. She deserves to make it big. I'll cross all my fingers for her! 🤩

@@HofTheStage I'd have to recommend Allie's original song; "Supermarket Flowers"... ***(Correction; Ed Sheeran sang the original … )*** We both lost our Mum's at a young age, and the emotion within her lyric's in this song are on point IMO. I just love every song that flows out of her.
Her father {'Mark'} is a very cool guy, and he covers all her social's/email - to keep his 15 year old daughter from reading any BS from the hater's & perv's that are among the www. They have the perfect balance of Dad & Daughter relationship, and their LIVE shows (due to Coronavirus Lockdown's) are full of fun filled laughs & more songs, both of which are covers & Originals.

Just a slight update allie is fourteen in this clip and has been busking since the age of eleven she signed up with ryan tedder at 12yrs old and has a EP out soon and now works on line with a voice coach I prefer her earlier work with all the clicks and raspy notes and almost throwing of her vocals bouncy back. but stardom is knocking for @alliesherlock .cheers. 👌👏👏👏

If you haven't bought one of her CDs then you don't know what your missing. Now I'm just an old grandpa from Southern California and just came across this young lady about a month and a half ago and the first video I saw of this little girl she was about 11 or 12 years old and when she started to sing I was absolutely Blown Away by her singing and her beautiful voice and I have not stopped listening to her ever since. And then I bought a CD and it was beautiful every song on it was great and I don't know if she has any more but I'm going to look it up and see if she has any more 💿 CDs. Now if you haven't bought any of her CDs you should you will really enjoy it and it has a few of her own songs on it as well. You should help to support this young lady and buy something that you really enjoy.

I love Allie Sherlock and discovered her about 3 years ago. You also should check out Angelina Jordan if you have not already. She is about Ali's age, is from Norway and won Norways Got Talent at 7 years old! Emotion emanating from her voice is unmatched, she can sing any genre, and has a leaning toward jazz styles with soul. She is known to have a thousand voices!
considering after this performance she spent 3 weeks in la recording her first album of her own songs with Ryan Teddar of one republic this was the first time she sang this song too shes gotten better she left the day after this performance for la and it was cold and wet there

I just hope voice coaches don’t takeaway her raw natural style of singing, of course there are benefits to be had, BUT stay true to yourself. Your brilliant.
Without being unkind, If Allie wants to keep her natural style sue has to stay on the street, If she wants to become a different performer then I do believe she does need a voice coach. (To me) She does get a little "shouty" and dropping pronunciation of certain parts of many songs. All told I am still impressed by Allie
