Might be an issue with your particular device. The game has been working flawlessly for me and all my friends, as well as there are next to none complaints on reddit. Try integrity verification and yes it's a cliche but updating your GPU and OS as well

Can you add a refund for things you have bought, since i regret buying a skin on m11 for 800C, and i really want them back, so can you please add a refund thing
I think thats a big ask, if you can refund stuff and spend those same coins on something else then the actual value of each skin is essentially halved. And that's if they cap the refund to once.
The rank system is a joke How is it that you pair up with unranked players and they decide to quit or go afk and ranked players of that team gets penalized? 😂 or they just flat out quit the game so you and another player are just stuck with a lost no matter if you quit or not YOU will be PENALIZED !? Trash system We’re is the rank player protection at?! Pathetic system.
