WRC series always had a poor quality sound until Codemasters devs put their hands on the licence. I mean hey, even some Assetto Corsa sound modders made better sounds compared to devs paid for that and most of the time based on video of IRL car, not by directly recording it rolling. Glad to see that EA WRC didn't completely ruined Codemasters' know-how since DIRT series.
With this game, Codemasters is back in glory. Unfortunately, on the other hand, they are under the care of the Devil EA. What the other and great F1 series lost a lot on
A questo gioco WRC 23/ 24 manca la possibilità di correre un campionato in progressione dalle auto " storiche". Manca un bel Sanremo anni 90. Idem un bel Rally Inglese. E forse anche la possibilità di migliorare con pezzi di ricambio le auto . Sbloccare qualcosa che ti faccia " sentire" la voglia di giocare. Perché poi alla fine parliamo di simulazione....sará ma è pur sempre un gioco di rally. Da uno che gioca da 40 anni dalla PS1 e prima dal Mega drive.🎉🎉🎉🎉
For me WRC Generations has more fun in career mode than EA WRC. The only things I hate in WRC Generations are the steering controls are too demn sensitive and the car sounds are shit.
WRC Generations has better shadows under the car though... and the rain and snow spread on the windshield

ea wrc by a mile. Real stages, far better audio, far better handling. It's not perfect but generations is crap.

The big issue with EA WRC is the pop up of the environnement. All in ultra but pop up like shit!! Why they dont do like Dirt 2.0 😪
