Really lovely playing Justin. I wish I could play half as well as you. Big kudos to Pepe too. I have his book but would love a lesson with him. He seems so gentle and yet passionate.

Is this even natural a 10 year old can perform a tremolo like that?? I am astounded by the talent that is out there these days.

Yes it was natural, first of all you do is play it slowly as slow as "tick" on wall clock. Thumb (tick),anular (tick),middle (tick),index (tick) do it about one week and come to metronome, increase the tempo little by little first month target is 80bpm,start in 40bpm.do it until one month.next month target is 100-120bpm.
At the third month you start play recuerdos,if you practice everyday maybe about 5-6 month you can play it well, sometimes it needs some month practicing again you can start from "tick" again.dont give up until you practicing a year.

@@marvaguitar9709 thanks for the tips! But it was a rhetorical question. 😁 I play it pretty well. It's all about proper mechanics, and yes, going very slowly at first. I'm more impressed someone so young got it down. He has a very bright future ahead!

Yes, my son can play that too at age 10, he said it's not hard but quite boring for him to practice. He just turned 12, playing more technical advanced pieces like Fernando Sor no 6 op6. My son started classical guitar at 9, played finger style acoustic since 6. Kids learn fast when they have a good teacher! We are lucky to find this amazing teacher over zoom, haven't met him in real life yet lol

@@marvaguitar9709 I’m reading your comment as I’m about to give up on learning the tremolo. It’s been many months, at least 6, and I’m not getting any better at it.

Yes if they have the drive and love for it. My Daughter has been learning guitar since she was 5 at 7 she can play this piece beautifully. But then again she probably had no choice she comes from 4 generations of Gitanos she grew in her mother’s tummy listening to all of us playing flamenco every day. We live only to play guitar without it we would have nothing.

Lovely. Asking for musical artistry and emotional expression, giving purpose to his outstanding technical ability.

Very nicely played! You are so lucky to attend Pepe's master class! We went to his concert twice, it was out of this world! Such a sweet person as well. We missed his master class last week it was 1 hr drive and during school day :(

Cómo quisiera tener un maestro y si fuera como este hombre pues mucho mejor. Ningún video se compara como tener un maestro cerca.
    ¿Dónde da clases este maestro?.
