- After four years Alyn meets up with the Mullan family to go hiking again. This time they climb a very soggy Slieve Martin which towers over Carlingford Lough

Ashley, it was a miserable day! I had water in places where water should not be! Lol. The Cloghmore is indeed a lovely spot but alas 😢 not on that day, as you say, an excuse to go back another day.

It is a beautiful walk.....in the good weather! Lol. It was one of those walks were you get so far and then you just have to keep goin... no matter where the water gets! Lol
Alyn, I didn't know that make-up and lines had to be sorted before your trips😊 Really cool to reconnect with the family after a few years👍 Looked like a good day even with all that rain🌧👍 though the views are pretty cool from the summit when you can get them😊
Havent been up Slieve Martin in years, Gerry. Usually come up from Cloughmore direction so was nice to find another route.
I love these guys. They have been so good to me and so generous. Damian and Michelle are absolute stars and the two lads are solid men. I really love bein with them, they do my heart good.
As for lines and make-up, I find it best if everyone signs off on the script before hand but Daniel was a total diva and refused all reasonable requests for script changes and constantly insisted on having the largest trailer and only green M&M's and strawberry milkshake. Cant work with stars like that
