- I love this quick & easy Fuzhou Banmian recipe for days where I don't want to think about what to make for my meals but still want something savoury. This definitely hits all the right spots, its rich and nutty sauce makes you want more! 💯💯

Ingredients (serves 2-4)
Please adjust according to personal preference!
1-2 sprig spring onion
3 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp sesame sauce, or to ttaste
dash of extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp soy sauce
pinch salt
pinch sugar
Handpicked kolo noodles x 1pkt (about 200-300g)

@@ChefSawarto Hi John for the sauce you add peanut butter (cream texture), how about the chunk texture and also instead of that can we add sesame sauce purchased from the Japanese supermarkets
Katherine Ng hi there chuck texture works! But for japanese sesame i believe you are looking at goma dressing? It doesnt taste quite the same.
