    The winter well stoves are great , but a word of advice to anyone looking to get any stove for a tent. Get the biggest stove possible for your tent.. Bigger means more run time = more Sleep.

      100%
      I went with the medium size and it’s just a pain waking up all the time to fill it back up with wood.

    I used a welding blanket and smeared stove pipe silicone on both sides then put Velcro around the edges. It fits perfectly in place of a window.

    Would have got this shanty if they made a floor for it. But it's a beautiful shanty for sure. I ended up getting the Clam x600 with the floor. Great video!

      At least for now I’m using a heavy duty canvas tarp for the floor

    I know this an older posting but was wondering about the truck lights you mentioned, still happy with the lights and if so,could you tell me the company?
    Thanks

      They are just standard truck bed lights I got cheap on eBay… they work great for the inside. The outside lights I had to replace because they just wouldn’t hold up so I bought a different type and they work great. They are square type I got cheap on eBay as well.. hope this helps and thanks for watching

    What did you end up using as a stove jack and did you use something behind stove to protect the tent wall?

    • @superiorstateoutdoors
      @superiorstateoutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I just used a 4x6 welding blanket… I cut the stove jack out of it and used the rest as a heat shield. It works perfectly and I love it!
