chocolate pie recipe, Σοκολατόπιτα, a super moist, healthy and light pie/cake, rich in aromas and flavors. a silky fusion of dark chocolate, eggs, butter and liquor. NO SUGAR, NO FLOUR recipe.
The ingredients for our recipe are:
250 gr of dark chocolate, cut in small pieces
4 eggs
100 -150 gr of butter
30 - 50 gr of sugar
20 gr, 1 spoon of flour
20 gr, 1 spoon of liquor
Onto a Bain - Marie we melt the chocolate, the butter and the sugar, till we have a well fused textured cream.
We beat the eggs, then add the flour and the liquor. We add the chocolate cream and fused all the ingredients well, then we pour onto our baking tray, bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes, as the pie needs to be moist and soft.
