I don't know your situation fully. My suggestion is, if they are fully depends on you, take them along with you. You can contact your senior or who ever you know, and doing job in same location. They can arrange something for you.
Or just let your parents manage for 2-3 months in your home town. You go and settle everything in your budget within that 2-3 months period. Then take them with you. It's simple.
Don't let your passion go away with these small things. Just follow your passion, God will show you right path.

Start by learning the basics of any programming language.
Preferably python as it is the hottest now, then move on to other things.

Hey pratham, m 30 lacs earn nhi karta tha. But kisi kisi month it went as high as 3/4 lacs because of foreign clients. And yes 30 lacs per month is possible if you have a chain of 20/25 freelancers under you and you outsource the projects you get from clients to those 20/25 freelancers.
