If I had to guess, I'd say that she used eight inch cake pans. I'm not sure about the height, but I bet she baked 2 or 3 panss of cake. She then most likely trimmed off the top hump of the layers and then frosted or filled with something in-between the layers. You could also bake 2 layers, level the tops, and then cut each layer into 2 eight inch discs so you would have 4 shorter layers. Then all you have to do is fill or frost with something in between the layers to get the height taller. You could also bake 3 pans of cake and split them all to end up with 6 layers for a really tall cake! Hope that helps!! 😊🍰
