This game absolutely needs a new map/ map update I don’t care what anyone says in my opinion it’s absolutely needed. The map you get shouldn’t even be called a map you would literally never notice not having it if you weren’t given this one at all. Needs needs needs a map update/added.
Im try the demo. It’s amazing so far! Beautiful. Control feel solid and mini boss battle also damn fun. Gonna get this on released date. Baldo end of august and Eastward next month. Indies rule 🤗

As long as the storyline is really good. And they add DLC. And the enjoy making this game because they actually believe in it. 🤔 I am 100% I will buy it cause SwitchUp always has great taste in the games they recommend and review. And for that you guys are freaking awesome plus I love the characters already and I haven't even play the game

Lovely looking game, clever concept... but I didn't get past the demo. The flaws with controlling the multiple characters, combined with the fact that you lose if one of the other characters dies, really sours the experience imo.
Mixed feelings. Love at the first sight, great potential and then lots of frustration while controlling two characters, one falling down or getting lost. Let's see if the developer adds some updates later.

This one looks quite cool, but can you "put away" the character you're not using, or do they always have to be with you? When you're not controlling them, can a character take damage and die?
Resident Evil 0 pissed me off because of the forced two character mechanic embedded throughout.. it's the only Resident Evil game I've started, but not finished because it just became tedious switching back and forth. This one looks similar to have a similar concept, so I'll pass. Thanks for the review!
Trine and Lost Vikings mixed with Metroid, not a bad idea. Looks great with the art style, and seems pretty fun. Small downsides aren't too bad, may wishlist it for now and add to the backlog later.

Just finished the game. 9.5 hrs not rushing through and I found it to be a great length game. Bosses made me think and explore who to use. The puzzles and mazes are good too.
Played the demo, love the co-op puzzles and boss fight, definitely getting it when it drop. The art style and hand painted background is just beautiful.

I think you'll enjoy it. The flaws I pointed out probably aren't too bad, if I was playing casually and didn't have my review brain on then they wouldn't have bothered me so much
I tried the demo and I found it charming. I was surprised that it didn't have local co-op. It feels like it's designed for co-op and reminded me a bit of the Trine games with multiple characters being able to be picked.
@@_richardaustin the first Ori was the one which kick started this particular obsession a few months ago, it's such a fantastic game! The latest one I finished was yoku's island express which I would also highly recommend (especially when I picked it up for like £3 on sale!)
Played demo, it was too puzzle heavy and I didnt like clunky controls of few characters at the same time. Seems like it didnt change. Ill skip this one.
I get a Lost Vikings vibe from this. The lack of co-op and the need to control them individually when making jumps does put me off a bit. It would make more sense that when following the AI used abilities accordingly. Maybe a future patch might sell me.
Thumbs up for rhymes. I had some audio issues with this that was fixed on a restart. I do agree with most of what you said. Kind of disappointed in the final product knowing the game was years in development. :/

I like this game and appreciate the review. The physical game prices in the US are higher. $40 with Gamestop charging $30. Not sure why.
