Elderand had good pixel art and the combat was decent (wish the dodge wasn't quite useless), overall a pretty good contribution to the metroidvania genre

I purchased this game on the Nintendo eshop for the switch for $13 dollars. A steal

Sword being stronger than a ranged weapon seems pretty normal

Hey brother, my thoughts on the controls is thats just part of the difficulty, getting use to the controls is like fighting a boss the hole game. Yes its annoying but so is a lot of bosses that stay on your ass. I put the in my wishlist

Hi Trik, thanks for your opinion! Yes I guess you are right but I would have liked to be able to configure the control. As it is now, it will definitely be more difficult if you are used to a different approach.

Nah, hence why it has an update now with button remapping... At least according to their steam page. I'm about to buy it now. I swear it feels so pointless now days buying a game at launch or even a few months after. The best version is always a year later or so after a few updates.

Can you use the d pad to move instead of analog?
