David, I’ve been waiting for this video. It definitely did not disappoint. This yacht is exquisite. The exterior is well, it’s just unbelievable. I remember watching your preliminary walk-through the other day and some of the shots of the yacht underway looking at the bow fast approaching, oh my gosh it looks like a predator of the Sea so wonderful, sleek, fast, dynamic. Fabulous. The people that can afford this life are extremely fortunate.
More like pointless. The same way you can just buy a house... This yacht can't go anywhere, it has limited amount of fuel - so you can't really travel with it. So you going to the ocean, not too far from seashore, and then - you go back. So what is the point of having it? It is like owning private plane that can only fly you around your city, but not to the other countries.

An asset is typically something which puts money into your pocket. This would be more of a potential liquid asset. That said, I heard a private jet salesman once say with a chuckle, “If you have to ask about the price, you probably can’t afford to be buying a jet anyway.”
Who cares about the depreciation at that level of income? At that point, it’s all about the type of lifestyle something gives you.
Its not an asset only only should be seen for what it is: A LIABILITY.

The brown yellow palette is perhaps mostly for certain middle eastern clients. I like the sporty configuration rather than many decks when it is as large as it is. The small windows in many of the cabins might again have narrow market.

It's Arab taste and will never sell. Nobody with this taste would buy a second hand one... so millions to refit for normal taste.. massive overprice.. and it hasn't sold and already had a price drop

When I saw it at first, I thought thsts a lot of wasted space for a 165 superyaght. No tri-deck etc
Then I saw the interior, and her specs. Iike the new Bmw M8 and M6, compared to smaller super cars. Big and powerful, sleak and extremely fast for her size. Like the M5 and M760il Bmws, are the executive luxury cars, like a tri deck superyaght, with almost supercar speed. The Bmw M6 or M8 is as executive looking even though a coupe, and its size should mean shes not as quick as a supercar. Until you park a Ferrari next to her, and when she pulls away, the Ferrari will be dumbfounded. Like the sleaker speedboat, or smaller speed cruiser yaghts, this 165 will turn heads. 45knots is amazing. I love this beauty.
In all his luxury boat marketing videos, I love how this David Seal guy comes up with the cheesiest salesmanship clichés not unlike the The Continental, the burlesque émigré caricature dressed in silk lounging robe blurting out the floweriest pickup lines in that famous SNL skit by Christopher Walken, oozing his best in corny talk. Kudos.

If I had the money to buy one of these, I would live permanently on the yacht to really enjoy the beauty of it and not just see it for a few weeks every year.
it is extraordinary for sure ..... a master piece. But from a yacht owner point of view it would not be my first option for sure ...... The range of this can NOT be big for sure. Anyway it is a matter of taste and preference. Very impressive boat for sure.

I notice the comments about the interior. I would assume the new owner would do an interior refit. It's merely a matter of new paint/wall coverings. It shouldn't be too pricey to bring the interior up to snuff. Otherwise the boat is amazing.

Way too many unsupported hyperbole. Did you intending to insult the viewers or was just an accident. By-the-way, this vessel is way too heavy to be 'sporty' and/or 'agile'. This vessel is compromised in many ways - having the (very basic) exercise machines on the deck shows the lack of flexibility in cabin layout. The comments in general gives the impression that owner is desperate to sell and could only put it on the market after a very expensive refit. The package must be one of the most expensive to operate on the market - there are many others (with a similar size) on the market that are more focussed and cheaper to run.
Overall, it reminds me of an 1980s Ferrari: it looks and sounds good but you wouldn't want to kept it.
Beautiful yacht, saw the white with red accents Mangusta 165 on Collins Ave Miami on New Years 2017. The only thing I do not like is the propulsion system. A yacht like this should be equipped with Volvo IPS, more reliable, fuel efficient and fitted on all new yachts and boats in size 40' and up.
Like they say, You should buy your second boat first.
You should watch videos from Gentlemen's Gazette, as far as your "look". I do think this boat design will age well. The interior is very good looking, appropriate nautical look. (Not a palace or hotel).
The interior just like any home is built to the preference to the owners tastes and you really have to like that sort of style to buy her or get the boat at 10 million to do a 5 million gut of that interior.

I wonder why the picture/video quality is sometimes pretty bad. Not sure if this is due to that i use WLan on my tablet or if it's really the video.
At least it doesn't look like HQ, more like lower resolution filmed 10 or more years back.
Wrt/ to the yacht itself : surely nice yacht. However, the countertops in the bath look like the bath in my grandma's house built around 1900. And i prefer semi gloss instead of high gloss painting/varnish on the furniture.
Anyway, I'd rather purchase a yacht like 'Seven Sins', 'I Nova', 'T6', 'Jade', 'Galileo G' or 'Senses' (she is only for charter, owned by one of the Google guys). There are toooo many yachts out there looking for new owners.

A few seconds before you appear in the video @ 1:10 you can see the yacht filmed from waterlevel / the chaseboat the quality of the video seem to pretty low, while the helicopter or drone shots from a higher level are in a way better quality. Another scene, while you are in the 'livingroom' you have a window on the right from where a lot of light is flooding in and overexpose your face. And later @7:10 again when you are entering the livingroom, not much contrast on you again.
I can only imagine, that the light in the UAE, like Andrew G. pointed out, might be the cause of all of that.
