And we need to be able to choose our Animagus form even if it doesn't make sense for our location. But more specifically, combat. Because we saw Sirius take on Remus in his dog form.
With a quidditch dlc being made redundant, other mini games like a permanent dueling club, gobstones and wizard chess are good additions. Underwater exploration could be viable aswell.
I like quidditch though be nice to see a yearly league with leaderboard scores, trophies with yearly rewards, actual house points, cerfew and real punishment for rule breaking. Real classes and participating with other students more meaningful interactions in general. Idk an emersive Hogwarts experience.
Very much so there were water sports in Harry Potter and the waters are infested with cryptids. I'd love to swim around and see mermaids or worry about something nasty biting me in half
There's one thing I love about older Harry potter games is that we spend more time in the actual castle and some fun little activities revolving around it, just adding a wizard chess and some unique interactions and events in the common room would've made it much better place to hang around in, also an option to manually change it to any weather would be sweet
I do spend a lot of time in the castle itself still. I divide it between castle the different towns and areas and Hogsmead. Once I get all the quests and all the items from hogsmead I only go there to sell things though. I have yet to get platinum. I am frustrated. I either have a glitch or I do not get all clothing items and I have done everything and been everywhere. So maybe that is a glitch too? I have had mirror glitches galore where the moth just totally disappears. Still happens even after last uodate
I think this is a great idea. I spend a lot of time in my Room of Requirements and have grown a bit tired of the same four lighting themes -- ambience themes. A thunderstorm with lighting occasionally through the windows would be really nice. The game already has a great sound track for strong wind, so the resources are pretty much already present.
For the DLC, I would love for more activities around the castle. I am a nerd who gets joy in just walking through Hogwarts like a museum over and over again and just taking in the gorgeous scenery. But I think implementing some more mini games and stuff to do around the castle would go a long way in giving people more of a reason to hang around there outside of just taking in the visuals. I'd also love some more quests with the companions and professors. Going into the game, I assumed that there would be relationship lines with all the professors so that we would get to know them more and whatever optional quests we did only further enhance our relationships with all of them. Didn't really get that. I still enjoyed their personalities but I would have liked to have gotten to see them more outside of just one main story quest each and then various spell tasks afterwards. Having more stuff to do with Natsai, Poppy, and Sebastian would also be great. Give us the option to have them join us for exploration out in the open world! Give us a Ravenclaw companion with just as much attention as the rest. Could be Amit. Could be a brand new character. Would also love to see more spells and enemies added. I want to cast a Patronus on Dementors dammit! XD Last thing off the top of my head is that I would like more save slots. The initial four makes sense as you can use one for each house. But I'd like to have more save slots so that I can have my initial four house playthroughs and then a few others to have alternate house playthroughs or something. I think at least four more save slots would go a long way.
I’m mean there are already hose specific quests involving Jackdaw, but maybe a continuation of that or something similar would definitely be appropriated
@@BenjaminSnow yeah, but i liked being introduced to the fellow house students and doing house specific quests for them. Go do pranks for Everette, more treasure hunting with arthur, maybe more miscief with Garreth, something Gaunt Family related for Ominis
there's even noticeboards in some of the common rooms. it's the perfect hub for spontaneous quests that classmates or teachers might need help with. maybe sometimes it notifies you of various events similar to the deathday party
Chess in the common room is a great idea! What I really disliked about the game was the copy paste dungeons and merlin trials they put around the map. I simply couldn't complete the game because it became such a drag to finish all of them. So what I would like to see is for them to overhaul the map a little bit and bring more variety. I was also very dissapointed that we didn't have any wild dragons we could slay or ride. When I finished the story I had barely explored the bottom side of the map but after finishing the story I barely had any motivation to do so, especially considering the repetitivenes in how they filled the map. Lastly, if they do quiditch which I think they should, they should definitely do in inside hogwarts legacy and not make a separate game for it. Eventhough I totally see the potential of a fifa style quiditch format. The whole fun of quiditch is that you do it inside the wizarding world where you have your character, story and hogwarts. I would never play quidditch in a standalone game but I would be very excited to play it inside HL! Edit: Sorry another one. UNDER WATER GAMEPLAY!!!
I think maybe a dlc storyline where a dark wizard (maybe even Sebastian) is on the run and dementors are looking for him (P.O.A style). The story could see you interacting with aurors and have us be randomly attacked by dementors in the world (everything could go dark and cold all of a sudden so you know they are coming). We have to learn the patrons charm, have a new area to explore, perhaps even introduce another secret passage way in Hogwarts, new clothing etc.
@@crow_g1639 Decent. No I thought more like there is increased aurora security in Hogsmeade and the surrounding area which you come into contact with as a student. They could even implement a curfew because of the danger. I would love stormy weather to go along with the mood as well!
In our commun room : we can't sit, we can't lie down on our bed, we can't read a book near the fireplace, we can't interact with students but what we need it's morality system first . For the HL2 : we need Quidditch, learning Patronus and really going to Azkaban on mission or as prisoner, be able to be a Animagus, Romance option with a Ball, more courses and exams, be able to eat at our house table, new place to explore... And a really Ravenclaw compagnon and house story for us the 💙🦅.
More reason to explore the castle would be nice. Overall though, either for an expansion or a follow up game, I hope the devs learn one important lesson: do not invalid the player choice. There are missions where say you can end the fight and be put into a cut scene that shows a completely different ending (Hollow and Rookwood fights as examples). The one thing really deflated my interest in the completing the game, because basically it does not matter what I do, the story is going to go on it's rails.
I want an underwater DLC with merfolk and related quests, and a DLC that takes you to Diagon Alley. Also, a DLC that involves the Ministry of Magic would be epic. I'd happily buy a DLC with dragon mounts or unicorn mounts (I don't care if it's lore-friendly or not, LOL). I don't care so much about a quidditch DLC, although I know some people want that.
What I enjoy in RPG's is talking to companion NPC's after every main mission. Hanging out or light hearted side quests and mini games and conversations. Makes the game feel less lonely and you care about your companions more.
For me, the 3 DLCs they should do are -Quidditch Season Dlc (and should include: gobstones minigame, speaking with the house ghosts, more interactivos with our classmates and side-quests about the quidditch season) -Creatures Dlc (exploring freely under the Black Lake, underwater breathing spells and plants, dragon mount, unicorn mount, abraxan mount, chimera mount, etc. and being able to domesticate more creatures like in hogwarts mystery) -Dating and Relationship DLC (being able to have classmates as companions in the wild and have dates with someone in the pumpkin garden, the yard, The Three Broomsticks and the Tea Shop)
My wishlist (aside from just more of everything): 1. Much larger caverns with varied layout and problem solving 2. Much more House-specific content. Have housemates give you quests. 3. More variation to existing content: more types of Merlin Trials, challenges to unlock landing platforms, observatories and balloon pops, more secret locations
Sleeping/laying down on beds/sitting like you suggested (not in a mini-game, but in addition to running/walking etc... Talking/fighting with all NPCs. MORE NPCs, not just enemies, but students/professors/map NPCs.
Other than the ideas mentioned in the video, which I love, I would like a DLC for: 1. Dragon mount, maybe as an additional quest with Poppy and the dragon you saved together. 2. An option to become an animagus, that can be taught by Natty in a quest. Although maybe this would be better left to be explored in a sequel rather than in a dlc. 3. More beasts to save and bring into our vivariums. And maybe an additional room in the room of requirement on the side where the other statue is. And of course I would love any story and map expansions 😊
For me, I want to see more added and removed content returned (on the off chance that the developers bring them back) and additions like free updates or those that come with the DLC(s). Fix to the awful robotic voice for deep and pitch tones; addition of height, size, voices with Scottish or Irish accents (if it's even possible), and blood status options for character customization; fix for the Ravenclaw companion as a playable follower rather than a pointless NPC; multiplayer; bringing back the mortality system; gobstones and wizard's chess minigames; as well as more movements for resting, sitting, eating, studying, or playing for role-play experiences.
What struck me about the difficulty (positively) is that how hard the game was at the begining (even on normal difficulty, couple of monsters often required me to restart the fight multiple times) but how easy it became towards the end. It really gave me that impression of starting from nothing and being weak, but growing stronger over time. Really great honestly, but sure, it was too easy towards the end, even when I switched the difficulty to a higher one.
Okay, for DLC, here is what I want to see. 1. Minigames. Specifically I would love to see chess, gobstones, and please oh PLEASE some gnome tossing. 2. Joke spells. For certain new combat spells, but just imagine if you got some more spells that had effects like making your enemies head grow five times the normal size, and they tumble over like a bobblehead or making their eject steam from their ears like a tea kettle. There are so many goofy spells like that in the books 3. Another spooky mission. The haunted shop was so good, so I would love to see something like being stalked by a werewolf in the forest, or exploring a creepy abandoned mansion.
Ooo I like the idea of joke spells! And if you look at the school npcs they do sometimes kinda wacky stuff. So it feels like some trickstry could fit right in! And I totally forgot about the gnomes.. what happened to them?? There was concept art and everything yet there’s none to be seen
I for one actually have spent quite a bit of time in my common room. Slytherin's is beautifully opulent. I would love quidditch to be added, maybe even a online aspect to it so we could do tournaments
Couldn't agree more on the Common Rooms Event or mini quest. We need a purpose to be there. For example GTA 5, you always have a reason to go back to your house. Maybe add some stories or quests with your own house gang. The friendship or interaction in Hogwarts legacy is always 1 to 1 ( protagonist and different house's friend) except Sebastian and Ominis. It'll be great to see quest line with a group of friends go messing around. Something that could improve the quality of life of the game
I would like to add "vivarium DLC" to your list. I'm still playing HL, working on my 3rd playthrough. I've bought the game on pre-order and have been playing it nearly every day since release. Most of my time these days is spent in the vivariums, using a mod (on PC) to use Room of Requirement objects in the vivariums. I am finding myself wanting more and more objects -- cauldrons like what we see in the Goblin camps -- make them for sale in that store in Hogsmeade that has them. Books and stacks of books, shelves and library style bookcases is another want. This also shouldn't be hard because the 3D objects are already in the game in multiple styles. I like bookcases, but sometimes just having your own personal library would be nice. The RoR makes this dream a reality. A large fireplace too would be great, and more tables with foods, drinks -- coffee, tea, butterbeer -- barrels of butterbeer. All these 3D objects already exist in the game. Also, how about a practice dummy to practice casting spells on? I thought that's what we were supposed to use the RoR for anyway, besides potion making. And lastly, in terms of expanding the RoR, certainly additional rooms could be added, and from there even more vivariums. The vivariums alone could be a paid expansion for those players who love playing farming games and such. Just have to add more magical beasts... but that a whole different set of effort, maybe beyond the scope of a DLC.
the dorms/common rooms are weird, especially at night, all the students disappear from the corridors and classes, common room empty, you'd assume they went to bed. Nope, all beds empty also. where did everyone go????? ='D
Yeah, as sad as it makes me, the Common Rooms is the place I visited the least, aside from opening the Chest and get the cloak, which is a real shame cuz all of them are great but the Ravenclaw one is especially gorgeous. Wish we had more stuff to do there.
There should be a better way to use the magical creatures you care for. It should be possible to release a niffler after a large battle and have it run around collecting all the dropped loot. You Should be able to release a kneazle and have it run around tagging all the bad guys within a certain range. Obviously it would be cool to release a phoenix during battle for a fiery surprise. But definitely the niffler mechanic would be cool and very useful!
I disagree on the map size. I would gladly give up all the "world map" to be able to dive in the Dark Lake or have a Forbbiden Forest that are really scary, not just a regular forest.
I just want to be able to duel anyone in the school, have a dueling club maybe. And freely explore the open world with selectable companions. Building relationships with them.
I REALLY WANT A TEACHER dlc, it would be so cool if you could pick what you teach and be a teacher, watch a ton of students cast Avada Kedavra because you taught them it😊
I think they listen BUT they don’t plan on actually doing anything. It’s weird how much care was put into this game but how little they care about actual adding to it. After two months of massive hype and people wanting to know if there was a dlc being planned and wanting more. The studio was like NOPE no plans on dlc. WHAT!? No plans? This game could smash in sales people were hungry for more but they decided we don’t really plan on dlc even though there is soooo much in the game that points to plans for dlc. Like why did they decide NOT to put quidditch into the game!?! It’s so heavily promoted in the world it’s self and not to add it is very weird! I think the people in charge are really dropping the ball sadly on such a wonderful game with so much more to improve! I hope they get their act together so they can make more money and we can get more of this great product.
I'm not sure if some of these count as DLC but I know one of them does -unsupported flight dlc I just wanna play like Voldemort and fly around the world in the black smoke thing it's one of the coolest things the movies did. There could be the auror one (white) and the deatheaters one (black) -Dueling dlc the world is very detailed yes but seems very dead it would be cool if maybe we could have the option to duel the lifeless NPCs around the world or they atleast be effected by spells -using the unforgivable curses anywhere it sucks how an enemy HAS to be selected to use them -new game+ basically the only thing different is ALL spells would be unlocked at the start it's a good feature to add think of how fun it would be to use the killing curse at the VERY start of the game lol -morality system I got this game because they said we could be evil and use the unforgivable curses. We later found out we couldn't be evil anymore but we could still use the unforgivable curses. - option in the settings menu for a percentage on how fast or slow spells recharge and yes that includes ALL spells so that means you could put it at 0 or you can have it to where spells recharge for like an hour??? Maybe of you really wanna challenge yourself lol
It's a bummer we can't land broomsticks anywhere we want on castle rooftops but a photomode for DLC please, it's a shame we can't take photos of the castle with a freecam mode and filters
Honestly speaking I would love if you could sleep in ur bed in ur common room. It was an oversight of mine that I didn't read the skip time function button. I thought you could use your bed in ur room in ur common room to sleep! It seems kinda sad that you can't also more class time! I didn't really get a feeling for classes or extra schoolwork from the professors. It's a school after all and maybe more quests with student and professor relationships! With Poppy quest line it felt full circle and for Natty's too but Sebastian and Ominis felt kinda 2D to me? As well some of the other students too. Plus I wanna see what happens with Weasley's potion! Or I think it may be the cure for the werewoof disease maybe 🤔? Idk but I would love to see where that would go. There was in one of the caves in the mountains a npc who died that turned into a werewolf. It was near the Grim and White wolf area if memory serves me right. So maybe it'll come from there? But merpeople does sound interesting. But I can see maybe depending on house depends on what happens in the dlc. I do love the different stories for Jackdaw! It made it replayable in a pleasant way. If they treat it like the centaur's than it should be good! As well honestly Im okay with no Quittich only because I'm not good with flying mechanics the controls should have an everything button and a camera button. I'm not as multitasking with my controller controls but I LOVED Summoners court. So maybe they can do something with both or a little more Summoner Court love also dualing wands! I was hoping maybe a tournament for that with Professor Hecat? Also I have a only negative is the contrast setting. I used it quite a bit in my first play through. I have trouble with green on green and some colors for the Merlin trails. So I switch on contrast to help with the color overload. I become a bit color blind if I have to many colors. But for the butterfly's it's grey on white! The background is grey but the butterflies are white. It's still very hard to pick them out. Idk if that's a me issue or not. Maybe change the colors just a little for the contrast setting? Also something bigger than a mini map too. Mini map is fine but maybe a setting or button to make it a bit bigger if need be? Idk if there is a bigger setting already though so my bad if there is. I honestly will love to see how all these go either way! I can't wait for the dlc! It is an awesome game! It was well worth the wait too me! I love that it's Harry Potter AU without it being Harry Potter! I forgot to mention! The Keepers! I wanted to destroy the anicent magic power ball! I didn't like the fact we didn't get to destroy it or much is said about it afterward. I don't really like the Keepers to be honest Rockwood is okay but not the other ones. Also Isadora! What is with that we get her picture thing and nothing! I want a reason to go all choose with her power or learn why it WAS important to keep it. One more.thing I HATED the shop hunated thing. The spiders phobia they made goofy spiders but Mannequins didn't?! I was petified during the whole quest. I even cried at one point and had to walk away. I was not prepared for that and it left a bad taste in my mouth about it. Mannequins are as common as spider phobia so I felt wrong a bit. Also after all that I couldn't give elf girl the hat. I didn't free her granted but I still wanted to give her the hat. Also to sell more stuff at the shop and make it more of a side hussle. Great 10% extra selling but so what? Have request log and quests and maybe fight the shops there too for customers?
I visited my Common Room area a lot to get my robe and just to go there as you mentioned the beauty of it had me going to just be in awe of. When I game, I just don't get tasks of the game done, I sight see when a game is incredible!!!!! Did that a lot in Hogwarts. *I would start the game up and just go sight see in it. No fighting, no finishing anything in the game at all, just fly and enjoy.
Your videos give me hope! So many other creators and people online are so certain that they won’t be creating and sort of DLC at all, mostly bc of the switch port and trying to make dlc work on different platforms. To think that makes me so sad, so I really hope that they do! The castle and map overall is literally gorgeous, and not making DLC would be a great loss. I’ve never really played video games, but we bought a ps5 and HL just for nostalgia! So I’m looking forward to its future. Some things I’d like to see would really just be extra questions, especially in the castle. I felt like there were times where I would play for hours and not visit the castle at all. And like you said, the common rooms were quickly forgotten once we were out in the open world. I would just like a reason to explore more! I keep replaying just to take in the beauty of the map and landscape. All fingers crossed In hopes of dlc of some sort In the near future.
I'm right there with you! Sometimes when I come back to the game to record some footage for a new video and end up wandering around for an hour simply because it's so beautiful. And overall the feedback from players was great about the game, so I really think that also was another good indicator for the developers to come up with additional content for this title.
Dor DLC of like to see an Amit Thakkar storyline. For sequel I wanna see a relationship option and an option to bring your own pet to hogwarts. And i do agree the common room needs to be used more. It should be a central hub
Nah, anyone but not that doofus 😂😂. And he isn't even a proper character, just a stereotype in a trope. I hope to see some new ravenclaw characters in the DLC/Sequel coz the ones in this game are not it, maybe except for Samantha Dale
Thank you for making this. My biggest issues: -camera change when betting cats. It’s such a waste -fix the graphic glitches. I have glitches even with a 7900xtx -make combat harder -Potion cooldowns -rework item drops and the value system. How does a legendary level 5 item cost as much as a legendary level 20 item -no camera change when casting avada kadavra. Also let you be hit while casting the spell so it prevents you from casting it -quests that require raids. Either with a companion NPC or online player -remove the no fly zones in hogsmead -expand the talent system a whole lot more -more potions -Rarer ingredients for potions -diagon alley -patronous charm -house points based on how well you complete a mission or side quest. Or how you do in class challenges like the acio rolling ball game or the dueling -bring the mermaids -biggest thing, if they don’t take advantage of A.I and use it to enhance talking to NPC, they deserve this to flop.
I really want to see a dlc that expands on all the professors- give each one their own storyline that we can help 'em with to get to know their personalities and stories even more
- Morality and house point system. - Access to the Crossed Wands training dummy whenever we like. Lucan Brattleby says we can, but it's not true. Have repeatable instructions on combos that change based on the spells we know and makes players use at least one extra spell set. This will get players used to flipping between them in battle. If you fail a spell combo the training dummy hits you with a few very low-damage projectiles because that's what happens when fighting in the Highlands. - Activate the companion mode. It turns out it's already coded into the game since a mod accesses a rudimentary version of it. Battles in expanded missions and side quests change based on your chosen companion. For instance, Natty is more of a support fighter and Sebastian is damage; as shown in Crossed Wands and their respective missions. - The alohomora mini-game becomes more complex based on the level of lock you're picking. - A Hogsmead npc turns out to be a powerful witch who forces you into a mission. Why? Because you're a burglar who breaks into peoples homes and steals their gallons and possessions!
There needs to be much more content added back to the game. 1. CROSSED WANDS. have this be a continues battle for top spot not just a one & done deal 2. COMMON ROOMS have stuff to do like study spells, answer mail, mini games wiz chess,Gobstones exploding snap ( this is not impossible the ps2 OOTP rid it) 3. SPELLS Such as Reducto/Expulso( these should allrewdy be useable, fire columns, localised lightning bolts, Aquamenti, Body bind useable at long range, incarcerous, diminuendo ( shrinks enemies)etc more wider variety in spell upgrades & dark arts tree. We should have the ability to charge spells up have us bring up an automatic shield while charging &only unforgiveables & some other spells can make it through our foes can do it why can't we? 4. TOUGHER FOES More variety of foes, have them use curses on us UFG'S I don't want them eluding to using the dark arts I want them to use the dark arts & Ambush us while we explore. 5. More stories I want more of isadora, the keepers did not convince me at all they seemed more determined to silence isadora & have us think like them. I hated them. Can we actually put our power to good use other than for destructive purposes? Isadoras & Sebastians situation are not one & the same thing have us at least try to help Anne rather than being railroaded in to not being able to help at all. 6. EXPLORING Have us learn spells like the old HP games I found the assignments very tedious could it not be a dungeon instead with a chest offering worthy loot like a spell tomb & while I'm at it much much better loot with bandits in dungeons. Thanks for the video & have a nice day
I want more interaction with our environment, let us immerse ourselves in the world and roleplay as a student. All of this should be OPTIONAL but let us: Attend the yule ball and triwizard tournament. Perhaps as side quests? Play minigames (wizard chess, gobstones, quidditch and other stuff) Dine in the great hall and hang out with friends at hogwarts. Bring our friends on our journeys (like the trailer advertised we could do) Interact with other students (like red dead redemption 2's greet antagonize system) Loads of Romance options Couple more friendships we can get, would love Ominis and Imelda to be options there) Be able to regularly go to classes, add group projects Homework (can't believe i want homework but yeah optional though😂) Tbh like i wrote in the beginning i just want to roleplay as a student and immerse myself in the world by interacting more with the environment., but i want it to be optional because not everybody cares for all these things. MAKE ME AN NPC Avalanche! Curious if anybody else agrees🤔
I definitely have a few DLC ideas: 1). More beasts. This could be either completing a journal and visit different, small map locations or rescuing them from poachers. 2). Visiting either one of the Euorpean schools or the Uagadou. You go with Natty to the school as something has happened there. You learn more about different magic and maybe learn a few spells without a wand, be able to be an animgus, gain some new gear, see different creatures and bring them back. 3. This is more of a large expansion pack. Going to ilvermorny and complete a 6th year abroad. The storyline can be very indepth, something is happenng for a build up and you have to help out. On the way, you follow simialar assignments like the ones in the game etc. I think for free additional updates: 1). More potions, spells and herbs. To learn, grow and craft. 2). I agree with more interaction in the common room. 3). Carrying out more lessons, something similar to hogwarts mystery (but without the energy). You complete tasks in the class etc. As well as more indepth lessons.
Common room mission needs to be replayable, not a one time thing. That would keep it fun and interesting. Not one quest, repeatable! The other big thing you didn't add was a follower system. Being able to have followers would make the game so much more immersive. People have done it to some extent with modding, but it is ESSENTIAL to making a game something you can play longer.
a DLC with a lot of scope that would be so great for Hogwarts Legacy... it would be even better than a 2nd part... There should definitely be more of a kind of mini games... I'm open to many things... I'm also in favor of the map getting new areas and more animals and larger areas in the vivarium with more animals... it would also be great if you could join us the classmates could interact more...possibly even a portkey to Diagon Alley...the potential is there...the developers just have to implement it.
In the common room i was looking for secret passages that didnt exsist if that could be tied to a founder quest that was a maze puzzle like haunted hogsmead but not as scary i am up for that!!
I wish they would introduce dementors. They could have easily write it into the story because the ministry was concerned about all the poachers so the decide to release dementors outside Hogwarts grounds.
1. Quidditch DLC 2. Lake (Kingdom) DLC/Expansion 3. Common Room quests DLC, expanding roles of those folks that are in hero's hous. And house-specific quest that requires searching secrets of common room a lot. 4. Patronus DLC. With huge quest to lean it and option to create patronus based on player's choices. Dramatic and epic finale, saving someone important. 5. Some sort of semi-tournament between schools. Not exactly lore-breaking tournament, but something like meeting students from other schools and challenging them. 6. Lore-quest to descover secrets of other magical places. Not exactly visiting but something for lore and interaction. Though this might not really happen.
If the next game is still at Hogwarts, then here comes the wishlist : - More character relationships / romance. From what we know they were going into that direction already, with the companion mechanism. - More common room/house commitment. I really enjoyed your own house highlighted in some quest dialogs, but I think we could go further. Unless you role-play, there's no reason to return to your house - Relates to the previous point: the house cup! - A few more spells on the "light" side, to counter the "dark" skill tree. In the current game I feel like if you don't go all-in with dark spells, you won't get the "full OP wizard" experience 🧙♂. I want the option to be Dumbledore-powerfull (not Voldemort-powerful) - In relation to the previous point: more impact from the skill tree you choose / decisions you take in the story - More interactions with NPCs. Currently even though Hogwarts or its surrounding is filled with people, it feels lonely not to be able to interact/talk to them - More threatening dark wizards. It's not just how easy it is to beat them at some point, it's also that they aren't very "scary". Unlike the Hogsmead shop quest, which really hit right in the scary target, more of that please! - 6/7 year classe content, and especially, preparing for the wizard job - Apparition - yes yes you can't do it inside the grounds - Having a real pet - Animagus - Diagon alley (I'd really like the ministry as well but I'd prefer another game to be dedicated to the wizarding world outside of Hogwarts, like a game where you are an Auror) - More weather stooorms 🌩 I should end by tipping my hat off to the Hogwarts Legacy devs, if they are ever reading this : HL is an amazing work, given all the pitfalls with this particular game at this scale.
I think that there needs to be a DLC where there’s a vampire/werewolf war with you joining either the vampires, werewolves, or hunters. With you becoming a monster or hunter. The ancient magic letting you transform into a werewolf whenever you want & being able to control the beast, become a daywalking vampire with different vampiric abilities like what Dracula could do in the novel, or gaining the ability to wield a sword as a hunter with some extra spells that are more effective against magical creatures than your normal magic
Late to this post .. but I wanted to say that it would be nice if yes, we could have more reason to hang in the common room and also the Great Hall. No meal times .. which would be quite fun to have to to the Great Hall, interact with other NPCs and have a meal.etc.
Morality system npc interactions/ having schedules attend classes whenever you want definitely character transfer companion system is a must and season weather changing optional
for the common room it could be like discovering clues on the castle, each clue, discussed in the common room with multiple options could be another clue that eventually would solve a Hogwarts secret. each different option would lead to a different clue and different secrets. This would make replayability great. There is a mission where we already do riddles to get a book, something like that. Something that would make us slow down in the castle looking for the art for clues. I feel like we missed a lot by being too much outside
The ability to choose and cast a patronus charm would be cool. Could be used to help in combat like to stop incoming damage for a certain amount of time or something. Or doesn't even need to be a part of combat, could just be a fun little side spell to use and watch your patronus animal run around or can be used to guide you to your markers/objectives
I would love a level under the black lake and fight off grindelows, merfolk, and so on! Maybe we have to find different ways to breathe underwater like the book. I think that would add nice customization in how we play
Personally I want to learn parseltongue from Ominis, and that skill can unlock new possibilities like learning the serpensortia spell, breeding and taming a basilisk, or rescuing other mystical snakes like the horned serpent. I also would like dementors to be in the game for everyone to fight against so we can finally see our patronuses in action. Thunderbirds would be amazing to add to the game as well as other magical creatures. People say they want to become an animagus, but I also want the option to become a werewolf and learn how to brew the wolfsbane potion, and perhaps if we end up forgetting to take said potion when the full moon appears, our werewolf form could just do whatever it does while we have no control of it and are forced to sit back and watch until the sun rises. Most of all, I want to learn more spells and curses; these are the top 5 spells I want in the game: Lumos Solem, Immobulus, Fiendfyre, firestorm, and protego diabolica
The common room idea, it reminds me of a mission in Mass Effect Andromeda where you gather different items around the world for a movie night and then you get a real sweet cut scene of all the companions enjoying a movie night together - something like that would be cute in hogwarts legacy, maybe a board game night or something ^^
I agree with everything he have said. For exemple, for the common room dlc , I would add the ' skip time' sleeping in the bed. I would like the inclusion of a dlc in which the curfew is included, with ghosts and prefects patrolling the castle (also to justify the sense of the mission to recover the Demiguise moons). then I would definitely add companion mode. absolutely . I feel so alone since I finished the game and I have no one left to fight or do missions. I miss Sebastian, Ominis, Poppy, Natty, Amir etc... They must have to expand the game... It would be wonderful.
Speaking of sitting in chairs, I'm currently playing Hogwarts Legacy and its so beautiful that every 30 minutes or so I find myself thinking "I wish I could play this in VR" In VR you wouldn't just be seeing the rooms in front of you on a flat screen, in VR you'd believe you were actually in these rooms, and there's so much detail there that playing in VR would be amazing. I've played Fallout 4, Skyrim, and No mans sky in VR and just walking around in those environments feels so real. Additionally you could use a Voice recognition to keystroke converter and then you'd be able to cast spells with your voice rather than press a button on your keypad.
I wish that there was an honor system like in Red Dead Redemption 2. That would make choices like telling on Sebastian or not telling on him have some sort of consequence. Same can be said for some other choices you make, I wish it had some more of an affect on your character. And I think it would be awesome if we got to be able to participate in certain things that happened in the movies, like the Goblet of Fire or even going into the chamber of secrets if your a Slytherin student. A DLC would be awesome, but I also wouldn’t mind if we just got a second full game entirely either.
MY ideas: Patch to make relationships and companions avable (it seems they they), make Peeps interact randomly with the playera, magic cast slily different depending of the wand core. DLC: Three wizards tournament
Love all these ideas. As someone who is more into adventure/story games, I would love the story mode to have more indepth classroom learning. Probably super boring to other people but for me it would be great to actually be able to pass my OWLS.
The common rooms could have students who tell stories about wizards and witches from the past that you then have to go play. Could even play as said character. Each house could have their own one too.
as role playing when im in the school doing the classes part if it was late i would go back fine the room you start in and would do the wait there as if i was sleeping, thinking it would be nice to click the bed to use, or sit down at the big tables for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or do actually have class work in the class, soo much i could see they could do in the school but the area that next to be use more for future expansion is the south area with some school stuff, for free content i think school life important is needed, grading system could be cool depending on how much you collect the pages learn the lore and such but all of this takes a lot of work and time if it even possible to make happen to by the standards of polished game that it is
I want to be able to become an animagus as a part of the new spells added since we know someone who is one already I think they could help us in a quest line, and it’s be cool to have a werewolf we try to help or as an enemy. Get Dementors evading quest line would be cool.
Basilisk chase in the Chamber of Secrets. Explore the chamber will Sebastian and Ominos where you accidentally wake up the basilisk, it chases you for a bit the Ominos gives it a command to go back to sleep. Because he is blind he could give the command straight to the basilisk’s face without being petrified.
I had a fun though though perhaps controversial idea which could revole around a certain character we don't actually see very much of and the lore about him, perhaps as some sort of a secret 'redemption' arc or somthing type DLC qust-line focusing on helping Headmaster Phineas Nigellus Black (canonically Hogwarts worst headmaster) with something important and very secret (yet with some humorous/comedic parts in the plot), perhaps forming an unlikly yet strong friendship with him, with bonues depending on the house your in, lerning more about him and why he is the way he is and perhaps revealing he's not really actually as bad as everyone thinks he is and it's somewhat of an act he puts on for some unknown reason and also as to why he mysteriously quit being headmaster, or at least hint towards it, perhaps the DLC could be akked Secrets of Phineas Black, (he title being a play on Secrets of Dumbledore). With an expansion I would love to see more Beasts added, such as a(n actual) griffin and others like a Kitsune, and what you have to work to get, etc.oh, maybe a bit of time travel and of course 'new' locations & Easter Eggs and references (not jus for Harry Potter, but add extra stuff perhaps references to (since you an pretty much dress up as the 4th Doctor, a magic 'Police Box' collectible would be nice) also for fun perhaps The Worst Witch series easter eggs with maybe a Hogwarts/Harry Potter type type spin if possible, connecting the two franchies in some way.
I would love to be able to take companions with you everywhere. I’m using the companion mod and it’s just so much more fun to raid a poacher camp with a friend in tow. Also would love to see relationships added. Perhaps befriending more students would have you acquire special talents, skills, or spells (like all the spells we learn from Sebastian) that you can unlock only if you are at a certain relationship level with that character. Maybe some holiday centered quests or a Halloween ball. Oh and underwater exploration. So many options there.
I think they should bring in more bosses, like literally you only fight trolls and spider ....this is a fantasy world.. I think there should be more big and small bosses ....we have the forbidden forest but their is nothing forbidden about it...I feel that there should be more monster s and it should be seriously dangerous and horrifying .... you only go there when you like challenging the game😊😅
1. sit, sleep in dorms, eat in the great hall 2. common room: chest for loot in dorms, more interacting with environment and npc, mini games 3. I have to say it: the loot is pathetic. Add special items... Just do something about it. 4. follower npc, relationships (when you end the game no one talks to you anymore and it's sad af) 5. moral system 6. curfew 7. students schedule (empty dorms at night are eerie) 8. dlc about underwater lake or quidditch or common rooms/hogwarts houses but honestly I'm more focused on the previous points. If the dlc doesn’t add at least some of these (1-7) I'm not gonna buy it.
I'd really wish the common rooms to be more interactive, like having interactive roommates on the dorm, chess matches with other students or even a prank missions and pls sit or sleep on the couches or bed Regarding the house missions, they can also add that as a dlc and actually bring the house cup into life, imagine the thrill seeing the hours glass of the 4 houses where they keep track of who's in lead moving for each points u gain or lose on missions And the great hall, i wish it to be more interactive too, you can pull some pranks in there to make it a little side quest, sit and eat together with your housemates And also add more class that you interact yourself with, i love the little montage they make, but id also love to do more classes where i actually do it, which can be dlc adding new class lessons and activities, taking the actual O.W.Ls or N.E.W.Ts would be great side quest to Those can really make enjoying hogwarts as a student for fun and appreciate the beauty and possibilities
I would love to have an ambience mode where you can just sit or lay where you want and just relax, looking at surroundings. Also, the Hogwarts Express could be another way of travelling. You could sit by the window and travel around the map
they dont need to expand the map just utilize the spaces in between fill the whole area the cut out areas to the south the mountain tops or even just fill dead space in between i recommend more random encounters or even some kind of activatable easter eggs this would add a lot to the game without having to spend too much or be a true dlc
I want new things added in the existing world along with the new areas. A magic closet to display your favorite outfits. More outfits skirts and dresses and more that are detailed and awesome and customizable with fabrics and colors. A magic hair dresser that can put stuff in it and color streaks and just more customization stuff.
wish you could single out certain things on the map like only displaying merlin trials for example... or only displaying floo flames and ancient magic hotspots. also more popping colors like in this one area right outside the hogwarts castle the ground was covered with lavender flowers and it took me into a state of awe at how beautiful the terrain was in that area but it seems that not throughout the land is that observation the same. just a few thoughts sorry for the grammar.
I said to my sister it's one of those games where you never sleep, just wait on the ground. Went up to my bed thinking I could sleep, but no. Everyone is already gone when my character wakes too.
I like the thought of being able to sit on the furniture and seeing other "classmates" in bed at night rather than the common room and bedrooms being deserted. It would also be nice to see classmates wearing other clothes so I don't feel out of place when I'm not wearing the school uniform. I do think the game for starters is good but I do agree with the advancements to make new DLCs more challenging.
We need the ability to become an Animagus. Either in this game or the next one.
Good one! Plus the enemies can do that, the animations and mechanics are already in place for that
And we need to be able to choose our Animagus form even if it doesn't make sense for our location. But more specifically, combat. Because we saw Sirius take on Remus in his dog form.
@@GipsyDangerfan 💯 I can totally see this one happening
I agree give us a werewolf form or something that would sick af
Co op raids
With a quidditch dlc being made redundant, other mini games like a permanent dueling club, gobstones and wizard chess are good additions. Underwater exploration could be viable aswell.
Yea! And a Merpeople story quest with it 🙌
I like quidditch though be nice to see a yearly league with leaderboard scores, trophies with yearly rewards, actual house points, cerfew and real punishment for rule breaking. Real classes and participating with other students more meaningful interactions in general. Idk an emersive Hogwarts experience.
Very much so there were water sports in Harry Potter and the waters are infested with cryptids. I'd love to swim around and see mermaids or worry about something nasty biting me in half
With gillywig seeds for The Room of Requirement
There's one thing I love about older Harry potter games is that we spend more time in the actual castle and some fun little activities revolving around it, just adding a wizard chess and some unique interactions and events in the common room would've made it much better place to hang around in, also an option to manually change it to any weather would be sweet
Very very true! And yes, I’d love to change seasons at least after the ending of main missions
@@melissastruxness512 I’m not sure if the clothes thing is a glitch honestly. But the mirror thing you should report to the WB Games Support.
Ive been saying it over and over again we NEED THUNDERSTORMS! Im talking about rain, thunder, lightning!!!⛈⚡
💯 and they actually showed them in old ASMR video.. where did they go?? 👀
@@stonewbie5981 💯
There is rain and snow and fog. . .
@@melissastruxness512 oh yeah, overall the weather mechanics are great. Just wonder where did thunderstorms go 👀
For the DLC, I would love for more activities around the castle.
XD
Last thing off the top of my head is that I would like more save slots. The initial four makes sense as you can use one for each house. But I'd like to have more save slots so that I can have my initial four house playthroughs and then a few others to have alternate house playthroughs or something. I think at least four more save slots would go a long way.
Omg same! So many times I find myself just walking around like in a museum too! Just moving very slowly and imagining I’m there
Diaggon Alley, the Minestry and Parts of London ❤ And a Battle Arena with the Pensive Knights and Bosses
Nice!
Absolutely should have put house specific quests in the common rooms for sure
@@DODUCKA That’s right, the notice boards! I originally thought that’s where we will be getting our activities and quests from. Great opportunity
@@itzrozati4091 yeah, that’d be great! More interactions with the classmates and expand the friendships
No one mentioned this yet, A big ass DLC for other school stories! Uagadou is such an amazing school%. Make it like MHW Iceborne dlc big
We have to learn the patrons charm, have a new area to explore, perhaps even introduce another secret passage way in Hogwarts, new clothing etc.
they already say the aurora part will be in the sequel because they drop lots of hints plus we are just the 5th graders not done with Hogwarts
@@crow_g1639 Decent. No I thought more like there is increased aurora security in Hogsmeade and the surrounding area which you come into contact with as a student. They could even implement a curfew because of the danger. I would love stormy weather to go along with the mood as well!
This could also tie in with the website with your patronus, or you could choose to do a minigame to get one
Great points!
I just want a romance option or a Yule ball / triwizard tournament
That's a great suggestion, hope they add multiple romance options.
The Triwizard tournament was discontinued in 1792
@@Lion09887 I don’t care
More reason to explore the castle would be nice. Overall though, either for an expansion or a follow up game, I hope the devs learn one important lesson: do not invalid the player choice. There are missions where say you can end the fight and be put into a cut scene that shows a completely different ending (Hollow and Rookwood fights as examples). The one thing really deflated my interest in the completing the game, because basically it does not matter what I do, the story is going to go on it's rails.
Gotcha! That’s a fair point
Yes to all of them!
What I enjoy in RPG's is talking to companion NPC's after every main mission. Hanging out or light hearted side quests and mini games and conversations. Makes the game feel less lonely and you care about your companions more.
For me, the 3 DLCs they should do are
-Quidditch Season Dlc (and should include: gobstones minigame, speaking with the house ghosts, more interactivos with our classmates and side-quests about the quidditch season)
-Creatures Dlc (exploring freely under the Black Lake, underwater breathing spells and plants, dragon mount, unicorn mount, abraxan mount, chimera mount, etc. and being able to domesticate more creatures like in hogwarts mystery)
-Dating and Relationship DLC (being able to have classmates as companions in the wild and have dates with someone in the pumpkin garden, the yard, The Three Broomsticks and the Tea Shop)
I’m all in for a tone of new mini games and more creatures!
My wishlist (aside from just more of everything):
1. Much larger caverns with varied layout and problem solving
2. Much more House-specific content. Have housemates give you quests.
3. More variation to existing content: more types of Merlin Trials, challenges to unlock landing platforms, observatories and balloon pops, more secret locations
More House specific quests would be cool!
Sleeping/laying down on beds/sitting like you suggested (not in a mini-game, but in addition to running/walking etc... Talking/fighting with all NPCs. MORE NPCs, not just enemies, but students/professors/map NPCs.
Other than the ideas mentioned in the video, which I love, I would like a DLC for:
Ooo I like the idea of continuing the side stories of different npcs! Would absolutely love to ride a dragon
Would definitely love to be an animagus and a dragon mount in a dlc. It would be the perfect fantasy game
@@daltonstroud5965 💯
Though you can put yourself in “challenge”.. like try taking off all the gear and try battling like that- I did and it’s brutal!
@@BenjaminSnowThey should add an Unforgivable Mode where the enemy uses the Unforgivable Curses.
@@blackheartthedarklord6428 and I thought they were supposed to in the current game, based on the trailers
@@BenjaminSnow I'm getting mine next month for the Switch, so fingers crossed. Lol
@@blackheartthedarklord6428 unless you’re planning to preorder, the switch version release was pushed to November
There are so many goofy spells like that in the books
Bubble-Head Charm and underwater exploration!
Absolutely! So much opportunity already there
I would like to add "vivarium DLC" to your list.
Wow thanks for the detailed description! And I’d love all of this to be in its own Room of Requirement DLC. Plus all kinds of Holiday decorations
the dorms/common rooms are weird, especially at night, all the students disappear from the corridors and classes, common room empty, you'd assume they went to bed. Nope, all beds empty also. where did everyone go????? ='D
Haha yeah that’s a good question
That's a great idea actually!
I disagree on the map size. I would gladly give up all the "world map" to be able to dive in the Dark Lake or have a Forbbiden Forest that are really scary, not just a regular forest.
They would be stupid to not capitalise on how much it sold.
I'm not sure if some of these count as DLC but I know one of them does
-unsupported flight dlc I just wanna play like Voldemort and fly around the world in the black smoke thing it's one of the coolest things the movies did. There could be the auror one (white) and the deatheaters one (black)
-Dueling dlc the world is very detailed yes but seems very dead it would be cool if maybe we could have the option to duel the lifeless NPCs around the world or they atleast be effected by spells
-using the unforgivable curses anywhere it sucks how an enemy HAS to be selected to use them
-new game+ basically the only thing different is ALL spells would be unlocked at the start it's a good feature to add think of how fun it would be to use the killing curse at the VERY start of the game lol
-morality system I got this game because they said we could be evil and use the unforgivable curses.
To be able to raise a Dragon egg, and not just one type of Dragon.
I want to see a dlc where you do another mission with Ravenclaw Emit. You only do one mission in the game with him.
I know, we definitely could use more of those!
Your NPC friends, making potions and taking care of your plants and pets in the room of requirement
It's a bummer we can't land broomsticks anywhere we want on castle rooftops but a photomode for DLC please, it's a shame we can't take photos of the castle with a freecam mode and filters
I knowww 😩 and it’s like, there’s not that many roofs to have them not be available.. btw there are some pc mods that actually have photo modes
@@BenjaminSnow Really? I personally haven't seen any mods for it, maybe I'll try and find it
Honestly speaking I would love if you could sleep in ur bed in ur common room.
That’s the best! Same thing here.. that’s why it took forever for me to finish the story, cuz I keep wondering off and doing nothing 😅
@@BenjaminSnow
NICE!!!!!!
I think having a curfew would have made us spend more time in the common rooms
Dor DLC of like to see an Amit Thakkar storyline. For sequel I wanna see a relationship option and an option to bring your own pet to hogwarts. And i do agree the common room needs to be used more. It should be a central hub
Nah, anyone but not that doofus 😂😂. And he isn't even a proper character, just a stereotype in a trope. I hope to see some new ravenclaw characters in the DLC/Sequel coz the ones in this game are not it, maybe except for Samantha Dale
Thank you for making this. My biggest issues:
-camera change when betting cats. It’s such a waste
-fix the graphic glitches. I have glitches even with a 7900xtx
-make combat harder
-Potion cooldowns
-rework item drops and the value system. How does a legendary level 5 item cost as much as a legendary level 20 item
-no camera change when casting avada kadavra. Also let you be hit while casting the spell so it prevents you from casting it
-quests that require raids. Either with a companion NPC or online player
-remove the no fly zones in hogsmead
-expand the talent system a whole lot more
-more potions
-Rarer ingredients for potions
-diagon alley
-patronous charm
-house points based on how well you complete a mission or side quest. Or how you do in class challenges like the acio rolling ball game or the dueling
-bring the mermaids
-biggest thing, if they don’t take advantage of A.I and use it to enhance talking to NPC, they deserve this to flop.
I really want to see a dlc that expands on all the professors- give each one their own storyline that we can help 'em with to get to know their personalities and stories even more
Ooo that’d be cool!
These are great suggestions!
They need to make dragons as rideable mounts and add spells to heal yourself and above all, they need add a new game plus option
A game plus would be great!
There needs to be much more content added back to the game.
1. CROSSED WANDS.
have this be a continues battle for top spot not just a one & done deal
2. COMMON ROOMS
have stuff to do like study spells, answer mail, mini games wiz chess,Gobstones exploding snap ( this is not impossible the ps2 OOTP rid it)
3. SPELLS
Such as Reducto/Expulso( these should allrewdy be useable, fire columns, localised lightning bolts, Aquamenti, Body bind useable at long range, incarcerous, diminuendo ( shrinks enemies)etc more wider variety in spell upgrades & dark arts tree. We should have the ability to charge spells up have us bring up an automatic shield while charging &only unforgiveables & some other spells can make it through our foes can do it why can't we?
4. TOUGHER FOES
More variety of foes, have them use curses on us UFG'S I don't want them eluding to using the dark arts I want them to use the dark arts & Ambush us while we explore.
5. More stories
I want more of isadora, the keepers did not convince me at all they seemed more determined to silence isadora & have us think like them. I hated them.
Can we actually put our power to good use other than for destructive purposes?
Isadoras & Sebastians situation are not one & the same thing have us at least try to help Anne rather than being railroaded in to not being able to help at all.
6. EXPLORING
Have us learn spells like the old HP games I found the assignments very tedious could it not be a dungeon instead with a chest offering worthy loot like a spell tomb & while I'm at it much much better loot with bandits in dungeons.
Thanks for the video & have a nice day
I want more interaction with our environment, let us immerse ourselves in the world and roleplay as a student.
All of this should be OPTIONAL but let us:
Attend the yule ball and triwizard tournament. Perhaps as side quests?
Play minigames (wizard chess, gobstones, quidditch and other stuff)
Dine in the great hall and hang out with friends at hogwarts.
Bring our friends on our journeys (like the trailer advertised we could do)
Interact with other students (like red dead redemption 2's greet antagonize system)
Loads of Romance options
Couple more friendships we can get, would love Ominis and Imelda to be options there)
Be able to regularly go to classes,
add group projects
Homework (can't believe i want homework but yeah optional though😂)
Tbh like i wrote in the beginning i just want to roleplay as a student and immerse myself in the world by interacting more with the environment., but i want it to be optional because not everybody cares for all these things.
MAKE ME AN NPC Avalanche!
Curious if anybody else agrees🤔
I definitely have a few DLC ideas:
I think for free additional updates:
1). More potions, spells and herbs. To learn, grow and craft.
2). I agree with more interaction in the common room.
3). Carrying out more lessons, something similar to hogwarts mystery (but without the energy). You complete tasks in the class etc. As well as more indepth lessons.
I agree about common room activities... I still love to spend time in there and just touch stuff and look around...
Common room mission needs to be replayable, not a one time thing. That would keep it fun and interesting. Not one quest, repeatable! The other big thing you didn't add was a follower system. Being able to have followers would make the game so much more immersive. People have done it to some extent with modding, but it is ESSENTIAL to making a game something you can play longer.
idk if anyone has suggested this but I would LOVE to see holiday related quests/mini quests like Halloween, Christmas, etc.
Oh yeah! That’d be cool!
I hope that there are career paths like interning a st.mungos or shadowing a curse breaker or a reporters assistant i think that would be fun
That’d be awesome!
a DLC with a lot of scope that would be so great for Hogwarts Legacy... it would be even better than a 2nd part...
I would love to see werewolves and MERMAIDS!!! Like let us eat gillyweed and swim with mermaids. Also becoming an animagus and having a patronus
💯
Having to fly around an invisible wall around hogsmead really kills my spirit 😂
In the common room i was looking for secret passages that didnt exsist if that could be tied to a founder quest that was a maze puzzle like haunted hogsmead but not as scary i am up for that!!
Ooo that could be cool
For the next game they should create a main character who is an auror who hunts dark wizards across England
New locations, new spells, new enemies, new beasts, new dungeons, new mission types, there's endless possibilities they could add.
💯
I wish they would introduce dementors. They could have easily write it into the story because the ministry was concerned about all the poachers so the decide to release dementors outside Hogwarts grounds.
I’m now actually seeing it more as a possibility
I would love if they brought a DLC to the game and they should make it so you can get the elder wand!!!
Because people would buy it just for the wand and they would make so much
Chamber of secrets, wizard chess and quidditch. Thats what i want.
1. Quidditch DLC
2. Lake (Kingdom) DLC/Expansion
These are cool ideas!
If the next game is still at Hogwarts, then here comes the wishlist :
- More character relationships / romance. From what we know they were going into that direction already, with the companion mechanism.
- More common room/house commitment. I really enjoyed your own house highlighted in some quest dialogs, but I think we could go further. Unless you role-play, there's no reason to return to your house
- Relates to the previous point: the house cup!
- A few more spells on the "light" side, to counter the "dark" skill tree. In the current game I feel like if you don't go all-in with dark spells, you won't get the "full OP wizard" experience 🧙♂. I want the option to be Dumbledore-powerfull (not Voldemort-powerful)
- In relation to the previous point: more impact from the skill tree you choose / decisions you take in the story
- More interactions with NPCs. Currently even though Hogwarts or its surrounding is filled with people, it feels lonely not to be able to interact/talk to them
- More threatening dark wizards. It's not just how easy it is to beat them at some point, it's also that they aren't very "scary". Unlike the Hogsmead shop quest, which really hit right in the scary target, more of that please!
- 6/7 year classe content, and especially, preparing for the wizard job
- Apparition - yes yes you can't do it inside the grounds
- Having a real pet
- Animagus
- Diagon alley (I'd really like the ministry as well but I'd prefer another game to be dedicated to the wizarding world outside of Hogwarts, like a game where you are an Auror)
- More weather stooorms 🌩
I should end by tipping my hat off to the Hogwarts Legacy devs, if they are ever reading this : HL is an amazing work, given all the pitfalls with this particular game at this scale.
These are some great ideas!
Interesting 🤔
The ability to choose and cast a patronus charm would be cool. Could be used to help in combat like to stop incoming damage for a certain amount of time or something. Or doesn't even need to be a part of combat, could just be a fun little side spell to use and watch your patronus animal run around or can be used to guide you to your markers/objectives
I’d love a patronus charm!
Even if they have some cutscenes in the dormitory where they're discussing their mission or talk about whats going on in the wizarding world
Right! Like they did with the classes
I still want to fighting dragons as common enemies that you can fight in the open world and the ability to ride dragons
Oh that would be cool!
@@BenjaminSnow I know right in one trailer they said the one that defies dragons so dragon mount that can be used in open world combat
Yes and the option to become an animagus.
Yes! I can totally see them doing something with Dementors..
The common room idea, it reminds me of a mission in Mass Effect Andromeda where you gather different items around the world for a movie night and then you get a real sweet cut scene of all the companions enjoying a movie night together - something like that would be cute in hogwarts legacy, maybe a board game night or something ^^
Exactly!
Ohh I like those ideas! And yes, I miss missions with all of them too, especially with Sebastian
Oh I’d love to experience Hogwarts Legacy in VR!
@@BenjaminSnow People are working on VR mods for it apparently.
@@RobertA-hq3vz oh cool!
The DLC quest was very disappointing afterwards as you don't own the shop, it was worse the just a shop.
MY ideas:
Patch to make relationships and companions avable (it seems they they), make Peeps interact randomly with the playera, magic cast slily different depending of the wand core.
DLC: Three wizards tournament
Love all these ideas. As someone who is more into adventure/story games, I would love the story mode to have more indepth classroom learning. Probably super boring to other people but for me it would be great to actually be able to pass my OWLS.
That'd be great!
Would love the animagus and/or werewolf quest!
In general would be cool to explore more Ominis’s unique ability
That’s a cool idea. After all he’s not evil.. and would be interesting to see his backstory
💯 would love to see an underwater map!
@@BenjaminSnow yes I kept thinking we would be getting to use Gillyweed at some point but here’s to hoping for that next time!
@@TheRedQueen82 🤞
I think they should bring in more bosses, like literally you only fight trolls and spider ....this is a fantasy world.. I think there should be more big and small bosses ....we have the forbidden forest but their is nothing forbidden about it...I feel that there should be more monster s and it should be seriously dangerous and horrifying .... you only go there when you like challenging the game😊😅
1. sit, sleep in dorms, eat in the great hall
2. common room: chest for loot in dorms, more interacting with environment and npc, mini games
3. I have to say it: the loot is pathetic. Add special items... Just do something about it.
4. follower npc, relationships (when you end the game no one talks to you anymore and it's sad af)
5. moral system
6. curfew
7. students schedule (empty dorms at night are eerie)
8. dlc about underwater lake or quidditch or common rooms/hogwarts houses but honestly I'm more focused on the previous points.
If the dlc doesn’t add at least some of these (1-7) I'm not gonna buy it.
I'd really wish the common rooms to be more interactive, like having interactive roommates on the dorm, chess matches with other students or even a prank missions and pls sit or sleep on the couches or bed
Regarding the house missions, they can also add that as a dlc and actually bring the house cup into life, imagine the thrill seeing the hours glass of the 4 houses where they keep track of who's in lead moving for each points u gain or lose on missions
And the great hall, i wish it to be more interactive too, you can pull some pranks in there to make it a little side quest, sit and eat together with your housemates
And also add more class that you interact yourself with, i love the little montage they make, but id also love to do more classes where i actually do it, which can be dlc adding new class lessons and activities, taking the actual O.W.Ls or N.E.W.Ts would be great side quest to
Those can really make enjoying hogwarts as a student for fun and appreciate the beauty and possibilities
Omg I'd love to have the ability to sit and dine at the long table in the Great Hall!
I just want to feel more like a student. More interactions with studnet NPcs
💯
When I fast travel to Hogwarts, it's always the common room. Sometimes I go there just for roleplaying. I'vd definitely been there a lot.
Oh smart!
I would love to have an ambience mode where you can just sit or lay where you want and just relax, looking at surroundings. Also, the Hogwarts Express could be another way of travelling. You could sit by the window and travel around the map
I knowww! And the world they built is already so beautiful! Just need those little things!
they dont need to expand the map just utilize the spaces in between fill the whole area the cut out areas to the south the mountain tops or even just fill dead space in between i recommend more random encounters or even some kind of activatable easter eggs this would add a lot to the game without having to spend too much or be a true dlc
It does makes you wonder - where did everyone go at night 🤔
Love the thumbnail btw 💕
It’s hard to pass good photos! 😅👉👈
Thanks for letting use those btw!
