i like how this implies that the chargeback is so strong to the point it penetrates through the shield benjamin has edit: alot of point out that we're inside the shield perimeter, which is a detail i've actually never heard of when doing 7-4 so technically the video isnt penetrating the shield, we just so happen to damage benjamin INSIDE the shield with the blast, though i do think it actually penetrates through the shield if we did chargeback far away
@@thiccladasmr445 ye that's also my theory. earthmovers can likely kill another earthmover, but the ones fighting in 7-4 are just so far away from eachother that their attacks are easily blocked by the other.
Nah, the Encore should be beating the level normally (but harder of course), and when you think you’re done, the door refuses to open, and a loooong line of Hookpoints appears to the other Benjamin, who has walked close enough that you can fight it from the beginning building. And THEN you fight it from the outside.
I remember when I went into the level and saw the earthmover I was like wait I know how to get a headstart! restarted the level and when I got out of the tunnel to see the earthmover I did the throwing four coins then alt piercer shot the coin only to realise the earthmover is too tall and I need to get in lmfaooo
since that earthmover survived a ton of shots from an opponent earthmover, it probably would not have been totally decimated by that ricoshot, but then again the coin increases the speed and it was at such a close range.
ah yes i remember me and my friend talking about chargebacking benjamin until it escalated to "why parry with a fist when you can throw a fucking coin"
Not to be nerdy or anything but the shot would of ricoshayed (or whatever) onto V1 because coins like to go attack enemies other than the one who shot the coin.
whenever you ricochet a malicious face's beam, it goes straight back to him. the only time coins target v1 is if the enemy threw the coin, like v2 does in 4-4
the earthmover could have survived his blast being +chargeback'ed, since at the start of 7-4 "...LIKE ANTENNAS TO HEAVEN", when the earthmover sees V1 it instantly starts charging his spear to exterminate V1, but at the very far of the map another earthmover shots a blast directly to benjamin- i mean earthmover, and the earthmover survives, which in a nutshell, the earthmover could have survived his own blast, even though it can resist much more blasts since when playing the level the earthmover and the other earthmover keeps blasting each other. fun fact: the other earthmover who shot the earthmover that V1 encounters at the start of 7-4 is a tiny earthmover, with a plushie of BIGROCKBMP (the ultrakill concept artist), controlling it.
I'm about to write something super long over this small little detail that doesn't matter. I was kinda wrong before in saying that it's whoever throws the coin controls where the shots go. What I assume is the canonical explanation for why v1 always hits the coin shots is that since he's a robot and can make these calculations super fast, he knows exactly when and where to shoot the coin to make it hit the enemy. The coins don't have any preference. it's how the bullet interacts with it that determines where the shot goes. V2 can do this too, which is why v1 and v2 can shoot each other's coins and still have it go to where they want it to go. We haven't seen anyone else using the coins, so most of the other enemies probably can't throw them or just aren't smart enough to shoot at the coins and have it actually hit someone. So when v1 throws a coin in front of a malicious face and the beam hits the coin, it wasn't aiming at the coin, it was aiming at v1. And I guess v1 threw the coin at the right angle to make it go directly backwards. If malicious faces were smart enough to know how to use coins, they would just aim at the coin whenever they see one, like v2 does. So, in this video, the Earthmover was aiming at v1, not the coin, so v1 threw the coin to exploit the laser and made it go back. Sorry for this being so long lmao
@@DoublePiggy naw bro it’s all good, I like a thorough explanation, your theory certainly makes a lot of sense and I like it. But I feel like the gigantic laser fired by the gigantic four legged robot that was probably designed to put stadium sized craters into the ground bouncing off the tiny gold coin kinda defeats the idea of applying real logic to the situation… Jk I still liked the explanation, it’s cool

Could be the power of the beam is much stronger at close range, since earthmovers usually fight at a distance

either the shield randomly dissapeared, or its just the fact that whenever coins do chargebacks, it deals like double damage, hence why benjamin died
