- This is an EARLY LEGO Dungeons and Dragons set review thanks to the LAN. This set is absolutely massive and I think it will entice many dungeon goers and possibly be their first LEGO set ever! Crazy to think!

So why you dont like this set Dani? I was unable to find it out from your “review”.
it looks messy and its super expensive for a non DnD fan
@@danibobstudios2not a Dnd fan but a huge medieval/fantasy fan and working adult. Definitely worth it for me and the many times I’m gonna gaze at this from a distance or up close is priceless
Thanks for the review! The play features on this are all about the details and scenario to play through, not gimmicky doors/hatches/levers/random motion/etc. this set has the most amount of play features by its very nature of having a game manual to walk you through a scenario loaded with details and opportunities to explore things. I’m so excited to take my kids through the scenario and let them explore the build in classic D&D fashion
That was an odd take.
7:39 that's definitely a shrine representing Tiamat
i see i see!
It seriously has under 5 stickers showing on the set and somehow you managed to make the in plain sight tavern sign sticker SLANTED!
for me is cool even if i never being a dd player i am a wow player and this is so alike
It’s a really cool set, I just wish I could get the dice box on its own. I don’t have room for such a huge display piece, but that mimic chest would go great on my desk.
Problem is that the book is not included and cost so much today
I love the dragon and the tavern idea but set falls short in my opinion. It has a lot of potential and I am just trying to decide if I want to buy it and modify it or just pass on it completely. Your review was amazing and points out the good and the bad. Thank you!!!
What mic do u use in your yt shorts and vids?
1:17 it is an abandoned castle what did you expect
2:51 no, dragonborns in D&D lore do not have tails. Half-dragons however, do have them. I swear every review on this set just butchers dragonborns.
lolol I'm surprised no one that has reviewed it has ever played DnD! Theres just so much cross info out there its hard to get the facts straight unless you've been in it for a while ya know
@@danibobstudios2 I get it, it's just a pet peve of mine. Like, watching other reviews calling them either dragon guy, argonian, or just down right not giving them the time of day is just kinda annoying. I'm glad you at least admitted that you don't have any experience. Some people just try to act like they have played for years.
it is 100% worth the price
Idc what you say the figures are cool af love the series
Wow! That is honestly really cool with all the hidden gems and stuff. I agree that you should be able to buy the dragon separately for people who don’t have 370 dollars *cough cough me cough cough*
not worth the 300-400 bucks....gonna wait for a HUGE sale, am gettinng it regardless though!!! but only cause i luv DnD ;D
Mind the spoilers everyone.
Just saying your main problem was the dragon that was believable but the set is intended to be played with (why they have a story) so if you get the set to play you don’t want to have the main villan stuck on the build.
I have to dislike. You clearly did not make enough research about this lego set. If you would, you would know there is a whole campaign one shot story built in into this set. It explains all of the details and item placements throuout the set.
thats OKAY! I did however say that I HAVE NOT checked out the exclusive digital download referring to the story/campaign. However, you should still be able to review a LEGO set based on its overall appearance and play features without knowing all the lore.
@danibobstudios2 then you should do a second review after knowing all of those details. You might find that a lot of your issues about the 'play features' are addressed and discover so many more hidden details. Even only for your self, otherwise you do this set a disservice as it was designed with the adventure in mind. Also keeping in mind that you said this was a review not first impressions, your review ended up missing out on a sizeable aspect of the product.
@@danibobstudios2, I was pretty sure the whole campaign came in the book you've shown... The digital release is just the same in a different format.
This is a review of the set but more specifically of the build/ play features included in the build , im sure that campaign and lore is really cool but she is not reviewing that and k don’t think she not knowing the lore affects this review so you could honestly take that dislike back
This is embarrassing...
Og fans ✋️
so you don’t like it because it doesn’t display well with a set it has nothing to do with?
5:17 "serious sauron vides." It is very foreshadowing
Definitely a no for me. I don't think it looks good at all. But the dragon looks amazing
