It may take a bit of time. They moved over the summer to Asheville, NC. Hurricane Helene has done massive damage there. Wakako has posted that they are safe, but most people there have no power or internet right now.
I did jump as soon as I got the email, so was probably one of the first in the queue. I’m sure they’re getting flooded now, and as the previous comment mentioned, they’re in the area I keep seeing in the news. So incredibly sad!! I did say in my IG post that they’re on the west coast, but when I looked back at my tracking, it did indeed ship from NC. What are you getting?? 😍
