The bridle is too tight and is causing the horse pain. The horse shouldn't be cantering or galloping on hard surfaces like concrete as it damages their hooves and leg joints and the more that they do it, the higher the chance of the horse getting arthritis is.

You can tell at 2:37 that he was starting to get scared and gets sending signals to the animal that hes scared 4.
