I love the ppl that act like they are above being stressed and above their Faith being shaken. Or they are never afraid. I have no time for fake. That's fake to me. The second you feel vulnerable, narcissists or low vibrational ppl use it as a stepping stone to THINK they are better than you, in a weak moment. Find out who you are, so you can find out who you really want to be around. Codependent no more means, I don't WANT to be needed. I want another pillar to stand with, so... doing the work on myself has paid off in the sense that.. humility, vulnerability and self discipline are the most attractive qualities to me now. Thanks for the reminder that... the obstacle is the way! 5 1/2 years sober, i get to go to AA(school of life) , i dont have to. My curse became my greatest blessing by living the steps and the principles that you reinforce often. Thanks again. 😊

My friend, please “keep coming back” because your words are beautiful. Congrats on your sobriety of 5 1/2. Principles over personalities.

Tremendous lessons and wisdom in this one. "Grow through it not go through it" is a gem.

16:50 "I want you to piss off everyone on the team because you're having so much fun." This is a kind of emotional and mental wall, and I love it!

What an amazing interview. The high athletic performance mindset can be very harsh in ourselves. I've learned a lot. Thanks

I will meet these two soon. I am so lucky to have the internet because without it I would not have resources to help me in the journey that I have been on. I will continue to work and improve until it makes sense. #BeGreatonPurpose

Nico Rosberg won the Formula 1 championship and retired. He realized that he achieved his goal and no longer wanted that, but time with his family and other goals that were not just his.

Ego is a double edge sword. It is our best friend and worse enemy rolled into one and it depends on our own perceptions, judgments and mentality, our own attitude.

Ryan Holiday: I am not a hater. I've read a couple of your books and liked them. I'm a fan. But please listen more and talk less, much less, in these interviews. Greg Harden and probably many others, could have taught you an immense amount. We want to hear him much more than you.
