YAMAHA SR 250 - SCRAMBLER - episode 5
ฝัง
- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 19 ก.ย. 2024
- Series of videos for a full modification of a Yamaha SR 250 into a scrambler-style bike.
The donor was pretty destroyed and completely rust, so lots of cleaning, restoration, and new parts on this one!.
Time for the fifth episode of the SR250 series, this particular bike will have more episodes than normal episodes because instead of the full modification and restoration of the bike, the videos are showing more in detail all the work done. I calculate the whole series for this particular modification will have 6 episodes.

There are three kinds of people watching this video:
1)People who have restored motorbikes and understand how much work this is
2)People who will restore bikes that will find this super helpful
3)Finally, people who may never do this but won’t need to- you get to come along for the ride here anyway!
Support this guy on Patreon! Well deserved!!
I've done decades worth of maintenance on the Yamaha Sr platform and seeing it build from scratch is amazing

Gracias una vez mas por compartir tu trabajo!
Really like the way your videos are done. No chit chat nothing other than the bike build.
Kudos
We all need the episode 6. Please
+1 !
I need a bike designed by you
This is art man! Pure f*cking art! Great job.
Part 6!!! I am loving these, I have to keep it at half speed then turn it down to .25x when I want to see something. Usually there is one frame with what I need to see on it. These videos have been great man, thank-you.
This built is so clean. I'd love to see the end result now !
Are you alright? i hope so because you an incredible artist and i can't wait to see this job already done!
please don't forget us
Built a little scrambler/street tracker myself. It's more time and work than you think at first. This guy has all the fancy tools (3D printer FTW) but you don't have to have all that. The little 250s from the 80s are great for these builds. I used a CM250. Simple, cheap on fuel, reasonably reliable, great all-round fun. I use mine for commuting. They get a lot of attention done right. Manufacturers are slow on the uptake with the small street tracker thing. Big one$ from Indian, Ducati and Triumph are out there though.
That battery holder would have been a video on its own, on
some other channel 👍🏻 Love watching these, proper job 😀

I always watch your video because I learn a lot.
I understand how hard it is to make a bike, and making a video.
But doing both? You always nailed it.
Thank you so much. Please keep up the good work and patience with taking the videos. Cheers!
Hay que homologar el corte de la parte trasera? Estaría bien que hicieras un vídeo hablando sobre que hay que homologar y que no en tus proyectos

Love the videos! You are awesome and I don’t understand why you don’t have millions of subscribers.
again, its ony minor, but with spndles and bolts etc its worth getting them chrome or zinc plated etc, that way its fully protected and you dont have to gring away any of the coating to make things fit!
This video is fantastic, a like from Brazil
Awesome costums...
Awesome and energy you put into each vehicle is inspiring 👌👌
Big fan of your work! please do a street cub!
Such a good job as always
Man I'm very stoked to see this when it's finished! I'm working on an sr250 cafe racer right now myself. May I ask, did you paint the engine or powder coat it? It looks great! If you painted it I'd be curious to know what type of paint you used. Also would you be willing to share that 3d print file for the battery holder?
Amazing job, excelent restauration, congratulations.
