Hello Sir. Not sure if anyone else mentioned this but the floor tarp is not supposed to extend to the outside of the tent. It should go up along the sides of the tent like a bathtub so water cant get in. Take care!

😞I know you said you want to learn as you go but watching some videos on how experienced campers handle rain, heat and other weather, pests and animal issues as well as what gear they use and learning how to scope out your site for optimum usage (like understanding the way the ground slopes, what to look for and the best way to set up your gear does matter) will save you a lot of stress and anxiety and will help make your camping experience more enjoyable. For example having proper stakes and tying down the gazebo properly will keep it from blowing over. Properly installing the floor tarp / liner will prevent the water from coming inside of the gazebo. Maybe this info will be helpful to some of the other FOA Squad. Wishing you the absolute best. 💝
Oh no didn't read the rest of bloggers until I texted. Stake that down even if you have to put rocks on stakes, or tie to trees. Be careful!!! You are a funny guy, so enjoy youradventures, you go with the flow, and not just the rain, hahaha.👌👍🤓
