✅ Ilish Macher Matha Diye Kochu Shak Recipe। ইলিশ মাছের মাথা দিয়ে কচু শাক রেসিপি।
✅ তৈরী করতে লাগছে (Ingredients)
কচু শাক (Taro leaces) - 2 bunches
ইলিশ মাছের মাথা (Hilsa fish head) - 2 pcs
রান্নার তেল (Cooking oil) - 3 tbsps
পেঁয়াজ কাটা (Onion chopped) - 1/2 cup
রসুন বাটা (Garlic paste) -1 tsp
হলুদ গুঁড়ো (Turmeric powder) - 1/2 tsp
লাল মরিচ গুঁড়ো (Red chilli powder) - 1 tsp
ভাজা জিরা গুঁড়ো (Roasted cumin powder) - 1/2 tsp
ভাজা ধনে গুঁড়ো (Roasted coriander powder) - 1/2 tsp
লবণ (salt) - as needed
পানি (water) - 1.1/3 cup (in total)
কাঁচা মরিচ (Green chilli) - 4-5 piece
