Can’t wait to see how you prepare the salmon. I’d like to see how you set up & brake down your outdoor stove you use and how you store it. What brand is it? Happy travels. 🚐

We have a Blackstone Grill. We rinse the salmon and then poke holes in it. This time we used Kinder meat and veggie rub along with Badia seasoning. Cook until 135 internal temperature.
