Kailangan NG e modernize ang ermita central business district masyado NG napag iwanan at nabubulok na ang lugar na Yan. Modernize ang mga pedestrians at Sana maalis ang mga red-light district Dyan. Daming pokpok na nag kalat Dyan.
ang ganda na ng nangyayaring.urban development dyan sa Ermita n Malate ....sana magtuloy tuloy pa ...sana may isang area na business n commercial area katulad sa BGC...Ermita n Malate is a good choice of location...the area around UN Ave., Padre Faura near the Ermita church is a perfect place to be transformed to a Manila business n commercial area ...it just needs more hotels, cafes , bars n restaurants ...Ermita used to be the tourist belt in the 60s n 70s if my memory serves me right...there are now so many new high rise buildings n hotels spilling out to Roxas Blvd...
beautify n landscape the Plaza Ferguson in front of Ermita church to a beautiful Park.....including the small Park at the corner of MH del Pilar n Sales st.near Pedro Gil st.
Dapat ipag patuloy lang sa pag papaganda ng maynila.,alam naman natin na puntahan ng mga turista ang lugar na yan.,sana magawan din nila yung mga kabahayan na mukhang skwater.,
also relocate or transfer the red light areas n the honky tonk bars in MH del Pilar n A.Mabini somewhere else and transform the area to a more pleasant areas with boutique shops, new hotels, cafes n restaurants that could even be a new tourist area in Manila

Nasayang lang yung 3 yrs under Mayor Lacuna na walang naging improvement sa Manila, ksi Mayor Lacuna prioritized playing politics instead of being of service to the city of Manila...kaya ang sigawcng Manilenyo ay... ibalik si Mayor Isko Moreno who proven himself to be a very capable Mayor of Manila during his term of office wherein Manila enjoyed something like a Renaissance but sadly hindi itiniuloy ni Mayor Lacuna....kaya nxt year let's opt for Yorme's choice rather in Yorme's word ladies choice n bring back the beauty n glory of the new Manila under Mayor Islo Moreno...God bless Manila

Skyscrapers...kung ano ang moderno noon, ay siya ring MGA GUSALI SA KASALUKUYANG panahon. Mayroon Oras SA LAHAT NG BAGAY, ANG pinakamahalaga ay malinis na hangin, WALANG bagyo o BAHA SA MGA modernong Lugar o GUSALI na iyan....MGA original at Lugar na pinupuntahan DAHIL SA kasaysayan.
Daming revenue ang local government ng maynila pero bakit ganun, walang improvement. Sa term lang ni yorme ang nagkaroon ng development. Yung mga kalye i sidewalk ng avenida recto quiapo, nakupo , mabaho at sira sira na ang tiles. Panahon pa ata ng 1950s ang tiles ng mga sidewalk nila.
Good news yang nangyayaring urban development sa central Manila....sana naka gawa ng modern BCD or business central district katulad sa BGC or Makati....ito ang kailangan ng Manila para maka attract ng malalaki at maraming investors, both local and foriegn.....kaya dapat maging Mayor ng Manila si Isko Moreno kasi si Yorme could make this happen in Manila ..that is to help transform Manila into a modern world class city though it could take some time to happen, but with Mayor Isko Moreno at the helm n with his dedication n vision , it could come sooner as long as he has the cooperation of the people of Manila....God bless
About time to modernize city of manila and remove those squatters sila nakaka sira ng views. Old buildings are eyesores masyado ng lumang luma. Clean up the whole Philippines lalo na sa mga provinces specially sa boracay n Palawan so many eyesores na pangit pangit ng mga houses then lots of dogs n cat an children scattered 🙄🤷🏻♀️men oh men.
