Looks cool until and the very end you say you can't use it more than 5 minutes at a time.
Out of 30# of tomatoes using the salsa screen, I got less than 1/2 cup of peels. Why? All the peelings went into my sauce and when I took the screen off it was all clogged on the end. Way to narrow.
