Trying to figure out how a set of $200 mirrors, a $200 rear bumper, $100 headlights and a $100 grill are $7500. But hey not like I’m in the middle of rebuilding a crew cab 6.0 myself or anything

Been having fun following your project. I’ve owned a few 6.0’s over the years. Love these trucks
You should do a full exterior LED light conversion on the truck. Auxito headlight bulbs are stupid bright and sylvania LEDs for the rest. Just remember to change out the turn signal flasher so you don’t get the hyper flash problem if you do choose to convert it. The lights are so much brighter and a much cleaner look.
I liked the old look but still clean, the brush guard was sweet

Looks great! Much better! You can just unclip the tailgate cables, no need to take off the bolts, they make it so you can just pull off the tailgate with no tools.

didnt need to remove the bolts for the tailgate. you can press on the metal clips and pull the wires off, then angle the gate and pull off.

Its just a sand tan colored tahoe, 07. Nothing fancy. I brought it in so they could put a new motor in for me.

7.3,6.0,67 which one's better?
6.7 for speed and reliability at the price of high cost
6.0 for speed, sound, cheap parts, lots of aftermarket support at the cost of poor stock reliability
7.3 for extreme stock and modified reliability, slightly less speed and hard to find a clean low milage one. Mostly a little more expensive out the gate than a 6.0.
I have a stock 7.3 with a hydra chip tuner and a monitor and its faster than my stock 6.0.
It really does depend on what you plan on doing with the truck in the future, how much money you have and how much research you want to do, how open to modifications you are, and how much certain things matter.
A 6.0 is a good truck for someone who knows what they are getting into, because their bad reputation makes the initial purchase cheaper, and many of the problems have been researched for almost two decades and all have fixes.
Theres really too many pros and cons of each truck to label one as the best when you think of all the variables, but everyone mostly gives that title to the 7.3
Looks nice, the only thing I wouldn't have done is the 08+ mirrors, I think on the NBS the rounded mirrors suit the body style better, but it's just my preference, still looks great
