I can't compress my piston to get the new pads in on the handbrake side. Is there another adjustment i need to make?

Rear calipers must also turn the piston clockwise as you press.

In the previous video of changing a T5 rear Caliper, you did not use a brake blender kit when replacing the old caliper.
Is this necessary to do? :)

haynes manual for T5 torque for road wheels is 180Nm not 120 as you state - who is correct ?

Tightening torques 180 Nm + 45 °
