@@nm2917 For obvious reasons I'm no therapist but I can say this, as a broken record would go and say keep your head held high regardless take life at your own pace if the constant support is only weighing you down ask them to stop for the time being so you can focus on yourself..I would know this at the very least because I've experienced it from family. My point is support is only good if you're willing to accept it but, if it isn't something that's helping than maybe ask your close ones for something more tailored towards you and your issues..I hope this helped somewhat ^-^
