This was satisfying to watch but I'm not so brave to strip it down like that. It came out mint mate. Watching from South Africa 🇿🇦. New subscriber. Looking forward to more Xtrail adventures. I have the 6speed 2.2 diesel
Morning Terry It's all just nuts and bolts in the end when stuff looks complicated just take plenty of photos to reference along the way Just about finished the suspension / front wheel bearings and front cv shafts video, should be up tomorrow or friday Being from south Africa I bet your keen on the world cup starting this weekend specially after destroying Nz the other day haha
@OUTBACKDiscovery hahaha really looking forward to the WC as I have many family and friends over there. Always good competition, I won't count my eggs too soon lol. Great stuff mate ,looking forward to those vids. Thanks for the reply.
Very useful vid for me as I drove through some pretty deep water , the river was overflowing the road by maybe 250mm , think the water came in via the door seals ? My t30 is older than this one but mostly the same . Won't be doing this again.
Ahh spewing Little tip Something for next time turn your aircon to recirculation and put fan on high will create a small amount of positive pressure in the cab. Won't stop water coming it but can help
Legendncheers maverick I had to put rhe build on hold for a month or 2 to get money for the head gasket that was found during a quick service Will start working on it again real soon though
@@OUTBACKDiscovery thank you so much for the reply. Looking forward to this build. Your are the only youtuber as far as I know that showed how to strip all of the parts inside the cabin. Hope to see an overland build for this model, step by step. Thank you so much and more power on your channel.
Yep 2 containers had been eaten through by mice under the passenger chair and one on the chair itself Wanted to vacuum the car before working on it but then also don't want that crao in my vacuum haba
Morning Southend it had a blown head gasket so had to push it to the side until I had the time and money to get those parts and then coped ross river virus so have been out of action for a while haha I ordered the parts last week and have almost finished the 40series running gear / chassis restoration for a mateso should be here soon will be getting back into the build shortly as I want to pull my landrover off the road for some needed work
