Delivering Net Zero Public Sector and Commercial Retrofits

Approximately 70% of the UK's non-residential buildings were constructed before the year 2000, meaning that if we are to achieve the UK's net zero targets by 2050, much of the non-domestic sector will need to undergo a programme of retrofit to ensure they are fit for purpose.
