He donates to Montessori schools (people who actually have a high probability of putting the money to use instead of wasting it), and his blue origin program is, in large part, an act of philanthropy for the future of humanity. He also has a high iq, made the right choices, and worked hard to get where he is. I know you socialist types find this concept hard to understand, but starting a successful business is actually one of the hardest and riskiest things a person can do.
I spent my summers at a lake cottage north of Minneapolis when I was young and that helped me to become independent because we were very limited in the way I entertained myself, it was like a vacation to go into the CITY. I understand being somewhere else during the summer.
