Supplies Needed:
1. Plastic Tablecloths
2. Rotary Cutter or Scissors
3. Plastic Fencing (Purchased from Lowes in Garden Center)
4. Gold Fringe Streamer Backdrop

nope I spaced it out you will find once you start filling in rows they overlap and fill in any open spaces. Afterwards you just want to go back through and fill in where needed
