Lord of the Rings Return To Moria Base in the Upper Armory V2 (updated)

Inspired by other creators both in images and video, I have decided to try to build a base in the Upper Armory above Dwarrowdelf ... This is built and stable (no mods for structural integrity are used in any of my videos. I do recommend the pause mod however for single player games :) Anyway, I hope this inspires some of you :) Special thanks to

Great job with the video!
For me the great belegost forge is a perfect base spot!
Its huge and the enemeies are spawning outside the forge. (If the stars are destroied... the cant even reach you then!)
The rest water is a bite annoying...
But still ond of the best places!

Hi, thanks for leaving a comment/question. Thank you for watching 😊 I use a couple of mods on the PC, which I mention in most of my videos. Since I started my 8th play-through recently and played a few times with no mods, I feel like I got everything. But I carefully choose which mods to add to ensure they will not break my world(s) on future patches. I have tried many, but I only now use 3. FAT STACKS: I can carry stacks of items up to 9999 each (which comes in handy when building and moving stuff between 8 worlds; logging in and out a billion times is not, in my opinion, fun), the PAUSE mod (for pausing the game, absolute necessity with the number of times I am interrupted during solo play), and a new mod that I just started using called EPIC ITEMS IN ANY SLOT... which is very useful and provides the functionality you mentioned. There are two versions of that mod, and I use the one that DOES NOT increase bag sizes. I experimented with that version, and if the mod stops working, you can lose items. I recommend using the mod that does not increase bag size. You can get them all on the Nexus Mods website.

@@mereakfirmaxe-1988 thanks for the explanation! I actually found and used the “epic items in any slot” mod before I got your response. I used the version with extended inventory slots. When I went into an online game, I lost everything in the bottom row of my pack. 🤦🏼‍♂️ it included Telchar’s Muznakin (sp?) and some ranger pages… all of which I hadn’t discovered homes for yet. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️
I’m now using the version of that mod w/o extended inventory, along with Fat Stacks and Pause (since seeing your reply). All great “Quality of Life” improvements.

@@mereakfirmaxe-1988 that would be awesome! I recently found Telchar’s Muznakan… I’ll need to double check how many statues I need but, I believe it’s somewhere around 6.
I haven’t located the Ranger camps in Dwarrowdelf or Barazinbar yet, so I have no idea how many pages I need. I believe I had 11 pages between the 2 before the loss.

Hmm i have to keep killing that drake at the beginning of the armory i play ps5 how did you killed it that never respawn?

That drake is a good one to keep to fam scales, but when you are done, I did the following: Close off the room, destroy the nest, build a floor above the nest, put down a big hearth, light the area, build items, walls, etc., then rest and reload the game. Most of the time, this works to stop spans, but occasionally, it does not.

@mereakfirmaxe-1988 thanks ill keep that in mind. I made camp in the upper city, by now I'm able to get tier 4 weapons and destroyed that red eye orc camp and found a troll at one end of dwarrodelf city
