Silver is always a good idea in my opinion
I don’t like the silver pen either. It looks ‘natural’ without it. You can tell it doesn’t belong there.
I love this one so much. Love how the dragonfly looks like it's flying into the depths of the center. Is this sold? Is there any way I could buy it? I watch your videos every night because they are so soothing and enjoyable to see. My mom was over and watched one with me and she was just completely enthralled and said, "She is a real artist!" Coming from a family of artists, that is a very high compliment. She just had her 83rd birthday, and I'd love to surprise her with some of your work. How can I do that?
This is so beautiful! The time lapse made it look like it started glowing! I think it is absolutely perfect!!! The dragonfly looks more 3D this way, and I can't get over how luminescent it looks!

This was my favorite of the larimar, but I agree that the silver wasn’t needed, it detracted from the blue and dragonfly. It reminded me of sometimes when I hear you say to yourself and us, “Julie stop fiddling with it.” Lol.

This is gorgeous as always Julie❤. Have you thought about crushing up the ones you don’t like or want and use by them to decorate other pieces you make? Like you would crushed glass? Then you wouldn’t have the waste them by throwing them away… just an idea. Have a beautiful day.
How would you go about crushing them? I blender? ( honest question, not sarcasm)
Lia Dia Designs has started repurposing her “fails” by painting over them with new designs or using them as backdrops for new stickers or washi tape. They are gorgeous! Or, just sell them to someone that loves it. You know there are many out there that would love to own one!

I only see a tiny hint of green in a few spots but it's really beautiful! 😍 The dragonfly looks like it just dived into the middle and the lacing effect is almost perfect. 😁👍
You know, I think using the syringe to pull some resin out might have helped with that. I wonder what would happen if you did two identical ones side by side and then used the syringe to extract resin from one and not the other. Would they end up fairly similar or would it make a big difference in the lacing? You'd have to mix a double batch of colored resin and then separate it into different smaller cups so that the ratios were definitely identical to be sure but it would be interesting to find out. 🤔

Ive been watching your pours for months and llove them. I finally took the plunge and bought a lets resin starer kit. Its been a sticky mess all afternoon but i think it is setting up noe. Phew!

Hey Julie! Wow, the time lapse was spectacular, the lighter turquois creeping in was so cool. Those colors are gorgeous and the effect is stunning! The dragon fly matches perfectly and is cute...yeah maybe it was a lil top heavy.😂 I bet a tiny bit of the Color Passion glitter would have been beautiful in the center too. This is a really beautiful larimar effect coaster! I know you have a few inlays, and I suddenly wondered if a butterfly or maybe you actually have a dragonfly inlay that would work well for the center of the larimar? I might be off in sizing as to whether it would fit well or interfere with lacing possibly.
This was beautiful, what about a green one with a frog charm in the center 🐸
I'm here in NZ and we also have been golden bell frogs here the same you have there, you could do a green and gold frog inspired by them :)
