Of my anxiety
thank you so much for your tips. Now my practice will have new movements
I am new in practicing yoga seriously, but in a year that I do, I just learn to do Ashtanga vinyasa flow resently from time to time that I practice and searching and watching videos.. but I have doubt if I do it well, now, thanks for this video, I did 😊
Thank you for sharing your knowledge
I learnt strong Vinyasa in my recent YTT, but I practice and teach a gentler yoga. My target niche is fibromyalgia and Chronic illness and Chronic pain, so I have to dial it back!
This is beautiful to read. I'm coming from Kundalini and advanced Hatha background and had to learn sequencing from my Vinyasa YTT and I teach ppl with chronic limitations too
I do love Ashtanga and i use the series in my own practice or some vinyasa inspired flows! It does make it easier to get creative when you know a base ✨ Thanks Ashley!!
I learned sequencing from Vinyasa Krama yoga practice, hi it's robotic and simple but it helped me much to understand how to do a practice smoothly and joyfully
I always learn something from you. Thank you 🙏
You’re such a gift thank you ❤
Thank you Ashley, very interesting and useful 🙏🏻
You are so, so helpful! 🕉🙏🏻🕉
I do not know ANY set sequences... I love the cue to get me to comment below lol. I've been listening to your tips on TH-cam videos etc (for my channel).

Hi Ashley, I subscribe to your channel as you provide so many useful tips ! I would like to ask you : I've seen that you have 2 courses : video for yoga teacher and your membership (VVA), do you explain youtube strategy in VVA too ? Thanks for your answer. have a beautiful day
I currently only have one main course that I have updated and revamped. What was VVA is now the "Home Yoga Business Course" and it is connected with my membership that provides on-going accountability. The focus is more on growing a yoga business than on yoga sequencing and teaching. I've shifted more towards business coaching for yoga teachers than actual yoga teaching, and I quite enjoy it. :)
I don't have a set sequence yet
You wouldn’t need to create one yourself. You could learn one that’s already out there. Bikram, Ashtanga, Baptiste power yoga, corepower has their own sequences, and loads of sequences in books and online that you can take from.
Are you going to go back to teaching yoga classes and posting them on youtube?
To be honest, probably not. I prefer to provide yoga teaching and tech tips. I love teaching yoga as more of a hobby for fun, though.
Hmm...no I don't really. In ytt we learned a time clock breakdown of ways to create a sequence but outside of Sun A, B, and C, everything else is whatever, keeping your students in mind, of course. Honestly, I don't feel as if I learned what I thought I should have learned. Sad but true. Great studio and great teachers but poor execution by the end of it.
Thank goodness for TH-cam and continuing education. I don’t think any 200 hr training provides nearly enough to feel confident and totally ready.
