The backpack looks like a PAPR (powered air purifying respirator) that is used in operations where hazardous elements might be present. Obviously the equipment failed with the zombie head.
I didn't want this one because I thought it looked super ugly from the pics but wow! It actually looks far better than I expected. Might have to get 2 of these for starters✨✨✨
Since you put both the Zombie Viper and Hazard Viper together, it almost seems like Lenny and Co. decided to mash the two together for the Mole Rat concept.

Kinda have to wonder if they wanted to have MOLE be an acronym like MOPP ( Mission Oriented Protective Posture), a nuclear, biological, chemical suit. Could be MOLE ( Mission Oriented Lethal Environment).

Great review! Definitely getting a POC Hazard Viprr vibe from the Mole Rat. After seeing that backpack, I wonder if that can be remolded or re-purposed for Airtight in the future...
I like he came with two heads and if you wanna tone down the sci-fi elements of the figure and make him more of just a cobra counterpart to tumble rat you can that’s how I have mine and gave him a extra machine gun from a ally viper

PO’d 2, if it gets cancelled, Meh. I may be in the minority, from the price increases from the GIJoe line, I’d expect more new tooling. I don’t know anyone, excited or wanted this figure 😅 lol , the Eel accessories was so half ass
Nice review to me this line is starting to disappoint gummy weapons and figures not to mention no paint on accessories if it continues down this path I’ll just have to stop buying. There’s no consistency in the plastic one figure is comes out great with regards to the plastic and then you get the gummy ones my Televiper is gummy and light. They need to go back to whatever plastic they used on Duke or Flint those figures feel solid and the same with the weapons IMO.
I had to order one from Taiwan, as I don't trust Walmart enough to expect to find one locally. I do think it looks like a mash up but it works... Hoped to get two but prices skyrocketed for them and I won't pay almost three times their regular price
Looks interesting. It's certainly different. Hasbro has a habit of putting pipes and wires on figures (Black Series Snow Speeder Luke fer instance) and making them rigid and so short they hamper movement or tear.
Where do you get your Joe's so early? I noticed the other day that Revenge of the Nerd Star Wars had plans to block you (although it's possible you've worked that out), so I'm curious if you've been forced to go elsewhere or if you still use them.

Nice review. Just to point out, The face and the dark energon containment capsule have a glow in the dark feature.
Same with the gas mask, I did a "short" showing them off

I would find it useful if people comment on the shoulder movement when reviewing a toy as that can be very variable between figures.
