  • Hello my friends in this video i show you how to make alarm from your old mobile phone. I think everyone of us have old mobile phone with keyboard :) if it can't find in your home you can ask yours friends.You can protect your house or other building or you can leave in your car. In this way you can protect where are you go you will receive call if sensor detect movement and presence from humans and animals. Mobile phone make call when sensor detect movement and presence, so therefore we connect one wire from call button to positive wire from battery and another to signal from sensor.
    When it receive call button signal from sensor will make short contact and than will dial the number we set for calling :) I make this video step by step to make everyone, you need a little knowledge from electronics and you will make your alarm.
    Another important thing that is you need PIR motion sensor. To activate call button when detect movement and presence.
    More about PIR(Pyroelectric infrared) Motion Sensor
    The PIR Sensor module allows you to sense motion. It is almost always used to detect the motion of a human body within the sensor's range. It is often referred to used "PIR", "Pyroelectric", "Passive Infrared" and "IR Motion" sensor. The module has an on-board pyroelectric sensor, conditioning circuitry and a domb shaped Fresnel lens.
    A (PIR sensor) is an electronic sensor that measures infrared (IR) light radiating from objects in its field of view. They are most often used in PIR-based motion detectors.
    All objects with a temperature above absolute zero emit heat energy in the form of radiation. Usually this radiation isn't visible to the human eye because it radiates at infrared wavelengths, but it can be detected by electronic devices designed for such a purpose.
    The term passive in this instance refers to the fact that PIR devices do not generate or radiate energy for detection purposes. They work entirely by detecting infrared radiation emitted by or reflected from objects. They do not detect or measure "heat".
    An individual PIR sensor detects changes in the amount of infrared radiation impinging upon it, which varies depending on the temperature and surface characteristics of the objects in front of the sensor. When an object, such as a human, passes in front of the background, such as a wall, the temperature at that point in the sensor's field of view will rise from room temperature to body temperature, and then back again. The sensor converts the resulting change in the incoming infrared radiation into a change in the output voltage, and this triggers the detection. Objects of similar temperature but different surface characteristics may also have a different infrared emission pattern, and thus moving them with respect to the background may trigger the detector as well.

    2:Q. How Many Days Can Run This Project With 9V Battry.

    • @SimpleHacker
      @SimpleHacker  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Yes of course you can use any sensor you want with low voltage output 3 volts, 5 volts or 8 volts.
      2. How many days you can run that is depending how much will be used or active sensor. Lets say alarm will activate one's in day so you can use 60 days. But i will suggest if you dont want replace batter you can use adapter with 8-9 volts output.

    • @SimpleHacker
      @SimpleHacker  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you my bro, if you want to use your old walki talkie you need one pair of them i mean two talkies . So the one of them will connect to the motion sensor and on the other one will receive signal. You will connect motion sensor and solder wires to the SOS button on talkie which will send SOS signal to the other talkie and you will hear the horn or SOS signal when someone move in distance.

    can we do the phone like sms to the user's phone instead of calling?

    • @SimpleHacker
      @SimpleHacker  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is also nice idea my friend but i think it will be difficult to realize that because you need cell phone with key button with instant send msg to some number which you must assigned on that button and also you need prepare some sending text in msg. But in that way i don't recommend it because it will charge you for sending msg :), so with calling is free just with rejecting call.

    • @ansarazhar76
      @ansarazhar76 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Can I increase the meter of sensitivity

    • @SimpleHacker
      @SimpleHacker  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      1. There two trigger mode: (can be selected by jumpers) a, can not repeat the trigger: the sensor output high, the delay time is over, the output will automatically become low from high; b, repeatable trigger: the sensor output high after the delay period, if the human body in its sensing range activities, its output will remain high until after the delay will be left high to low (sensor module review Measured activities of each body will be automatically extended after a delay time, and the final event of the delay time Starting point of time).
      2. Distance the potentiometer clockwise to adjust the distance, sensing range increases (about 7 meters), on the contrary, sensing range decreases (about 3 meters).Delay adjustment potentiometer clockwise rotation, sensor delay longer (about 300S), the other hand, induction by the short delay (about 5S).

    • @SimpleHacker
      @SimpleHacker  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      PIR Motion sensor know, when detect human presence and moving send output signal so you will solder that wire with output signal and other positive wire to the call button on cell phone. That is the method for mobile cell phone. Watch video my friend you will see it is not hard to learn how to make yourself.

    • @SimpleHacker
      @SimpleHacker  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You mean over internet to send signal that is good idea but it is not possible, because old phones don't have possibility for internet connection. For example you can't install viber or other application on old mobile phones.
