Your descriptions are reversed from what's on screen. The Fresh Clean Tees have the shorter sleeve and the True Classic have the longer sleeve but you say the opposite at 8:40. Plus, the True Classic is longer in the body. May not be a big deal but I had to go back and make sure what I was looking at. I think the True Classic is the better fit on you even though I prefer the shorter sleeve length of the Fresh Clean Tees. Good video man!
The True Classic looks great, in fit and in length. The fit of the Fresh Clean tee is a bit too loose and a bit too long, though it probably makes for a more comfortable fit to the person wearing it. I've been trying to figure out what to get my guy and this was very helpful. Btw, your best colors are deep, rich jewel tones. The navy blue looked excellent, and I saw YOU, and not the tee. Army green is a safe choice for most, but I encourage you to try more deep (not bright) reds, royal purples, royal blues, emeralds, etc. Lean into more cool rather than warm tones. I'm just into color theory and using color to bring out a person's natural skintone... so wear what you feel best in!
Ian, you’re the man, good video, good sense of humor, excellent comparison. Older white boy here appreciating your, let’s say “swag?, style?, your person?, all of it. But most of all, cruising through your speech challenge, I’m so with you on that, I just own and embrace mine then keep moving forward, you too, awesome man. You’re so correct on your eval, I own and have owned both, the fct’s do seem to be getting thinner and the tc’s do fit tighter then definitely get to sml and tight unless you baby and hand stretch them out of the washer and hang them. I wash and dry my fct’s and they don’t change much, but again they are getting thinner and thinner, they used to be a bit thicker/cottonier w/o shrinking. Now there almost that silk shiny material, they said it’s caused they’re made in different international factories. I’ve bought at least five times from them, I’m maybe gonna give tc,s another swing. Thanks for the review
The Fresh Clean definitely highlights your biceps better and look more comfortable on you. I recommend True Classic after you lose your target goal of 20 pounds, those T-shirts will look great on you after you slim down. I have True Classic. I am tall, slimmer than Fit Man but I do have a little bit of a belly and the True Classic fits me well. It is recommend that you don't dry these t-shirts too long in the dryer.
Good comparison video! I've had Fresh Clean Tees for a while, some for almost a year for mine and they seem to just keep shrinking too. I'm considering ordering more in talls and seeing how they are after multiple washings. It hasn't been the width that's become an issue it's that they are all getting too short.
The one on left fits better on your arms and look better because they are not as close to the elbow. The color of one on right is a little better and is a little looser on the bottom. Overall the one on left is better.
I’ve had fresh clean tees, true classic, fly fit, and just got BLAM tees. I found True classic fit well new but after a year, it shrunk to the point I can’t wear it anymore. Fresh clean still fitting well after a year with no issues. Fly Fit also fitting well after 6 months. Have had BLAM for a month now and it’s becoming a close second or tie with Fresh Clean. Fresh Clean and BLAM in my opinion have been the best money can buy. I’m 5’10 215, 47 year old male.
I'm 5' 9" 210 chest was 47", so I bought the XL. It fits well in the arms and acroos the chest, but it looks really loose around the mid section. 33" waist. I am going to try the Large this week, just to see if it's too tight up top. The shirst seem to be well made and do shrink a little after a few washed and dries in the dryer. Thanks for the video Fit Man Style. (have several of the shirst for 4 months)
Great vid brother! I think True Classic wins by a mile.. the fresh clean shirts look "frumpy" on you.. too wide in the body makes you look heavier than yiu are. Also the sleeves are tighter on the true classic. Finally the neck needs to be tight which i love on the True Classic.. The fresh clean looks like its been stretched out.. just my take from your video. Just subscribed
I'd say you look better with the one on the Left. But you look good in all the shirts on this video really. Are you normally an XL? True classic sized me as an XL, I'm 220 pounds and 184cm. Never worn XL t before.. be interesting to see how they fit when they arrive
I would go classic tee...maybe because I'm a gym head and it seems like it would accentuate all that work I put in. Plus the fresh tees seem a little more longer and baggy. Plus I like v necks so the neck thing wouldn't be a issue
I like the fit of the body on the right which I think is the fresh clean tees, but those sleeves make me cringe a little bit because they are a little too long. The one on the left seems a little more boxy to me, which I try to stay away from because I too am a little round in the midsection plus a slimmer fit just looks better in general, however the one on the left is a little boxy it’s not too bad I could live with it. I think I can live with the long looking sleeves on the shirt on the right as well so therefore I wouldn’t slightly lean towards the one on the right because it has a little bit more length and it looks just a tad bit more fitted in the body. I am 5‘11“ and about 218lbs so a hair taller than you and a hair thinner. I feel like the extra-large will be too big and the large will be too snug, but I will go with a large and see how that works. Thanks for the helpful review. I hate the idea on spending so much money on T-shirts and I would love to find comparable T-shirts on Amazon and a much cheaper cost. Any recommendations anybody?
True Classic definitely fits you (and me) better. Both are excellent quality for the price with minimal shrinkage. I'm 5'6" (190lb) and enjoy the True Classics I currently have. Ordered 2 Fresh Clean Tees to compare and will get the answer by end of the week. Thx for the comparisons!!
@Martin Garcia I have large in both True Classic and Fresh Clean. In polos, had to step up to XL for Fresh Clean to work. Also, the older True Classics (with circle on logo) tend to run a little smaller than the new ones without the circled logo.
When you do decide to drop the weight try fasting. It worked for me I lost 45 pounds. Eat a small meal at dinner then don’t eat again till lunch (small meal) the next day and repeat it’s that simple.
Hey hey how’s it going? I am starting my own t-shirt line for fit guys. It’s been a dream of mine for 15 years, and I’m finally taking action. I have some very good-fitting t-shirts, and I’m starting out with just black. Once I sell through those I am looking to compound to 2, 3, 4, 5 colors. I would love to send you a free shirt for you to see what you think! Would that be possible. I just posted a new Short that will show the fit and details. Thanks either way! 💪
I order true classic tees. They are not hold up after washing. Also I have notice the material is different based on the color of the t-shirts. The weight on the greens t-shirts for example is much lighter, whereas the back and gray are very heavy. Just very inconsistent.
Fresh clean does and it sucks. Shirts fit great out of the package. Once washed, forget about it. Completely different shirt size now. Returned to get X-Large hoping it would shrink to the size of a large fresh out the package and it didn’t shrink enough. Super frustrating and annoying
sleeves look too long, I need to create my own t-shirt brand. Sleeves need to come way up right at the bicep peak, then loose around the gut and sits right below the waist line or belt line. That would be the perfect T
True Classics suck, I have pilling under the arms after a single wearing, the light gray shirt looks like it has been bleached after one washing and the return policy is a joke, unworn, unwashed, in OG packaging and you pay the shipping. I have same sizing selected but depending on the shirt they fit differently- just say no to their stupid scammy clothes.
The George shirts took a massive hit in quality and fit in the last 2 years. They're boxy and awful now. George 2 years ago was the best affordable short out there, George today is a shell of its former self.
I swear their ads get on my nerves, trying to promote masking being fit instead of actually trying or being fit, just terrible sir. I only wear t shirts to workout and that's only on my cardio days, I wear performance polos (and plaid Tracksuit pants with lite ride crocs), I prefer supima polo shirts or short sleeve button ups as a permanent substitute to t shirts. Also no synthetics unless it's he performance polos and even those are premium synthetic fibers, outside of the gym, never

Thank you so much for this review! I’ve been looking at True Classic for my husband.

I have them both; I always hang them dry, and never had shrinkage.

great video ian, keeping us big guys stylish

Yes exactly! It just gets shorter and shorter. That’s a smart idea to go tall, maybe even prewash it before you start wearing it
True classic Def fits you better... I'm just not down with that significant shrinkage
Just hang dry in the house I never dry any tshirts I own keeps the colors vibrant and avoids shrinkage

what size do you usually get im about your size
Awesome specially the side by side
Thank you Thank you Thank you! this video saved me a lot of time comparing since I have been wanting to buy these shirts!

Best review on the two. Thanks.
The True Classic seems to fit better, the collar is closer. But like you said, after you wash them it might shrink.
Thank you brother! True classic actually looks better on you to me. Think I’ll try em! Thanks!

I’ve tried both and I prefer fresh, clean tease. I just think the material is better and it feels better on me.

The left. Absolutely. True Classic

What size true classic did you buy ?
Any update?
What size did you order?

Thanks I'm 5.6 also weigh 195

Me personally I like thinner fresh clean threads yes it's thinner. ...but lol i workout so I think it brings my muscles out more.

Did you get down to 210? I went from 240 to 196 in 4 months doing the Carnivore Diet.
Great content. Subscribed.
Fresh Clean looks great!!! At least what I Think 😊
Do they shrink after washing or after drying?

True Classic - looks better. Fits tighter.
True Classic fits
Fresh Clean Tee All Day!
Appreciate the video.
True classic looks better but with the shrinkage, fresh clean might be better
True classic definitely better 👌
It's been 5 months since you made this video. How is your goal of being 205-210lbs going? :)
TRUE CLASSIC SHRINK
What size did you buy for the fresh clean tees?
XL
@@FitManStyle they looked like they fit so well on you! I'm currently 5'9" was 237 now I'm 214 so I'm curious what size I should go with
@@victoreduardo6353 other than the shrinkage after a few washes, the material is very soft and good
good video 👍
Left
The fresh clean tee looks longer.
The true classic fits closer around your neck. Looks better on you than the fresh
left was better imo
Fresh Clean Tee looks better on you imo
I have True Classic t-shirts and they are thin and not worth the price. You can do better. It's just a huge pump up marketing campaign.
Left shirt is better
Left :D
True Classics suck, I have pilling under the arms after a single wearing, the light gray shirt looks like it has been bleached after one washing and the return policy is a joke, unworn, unwashed, in OG packaging and you pay the shipping. True Classic looks better on you.
The true classic one looks better
Fresh clean.im not a girl though.
The George shirts from Walmart are far better than these too and very affordable for everyone
The only thing that sucks is that they don’t have ‘‘em in black :(
The George shirts took a massive hit in quality and fit in the last 2 years. They're boxy and awful now. George 2 years ago was the best affordable short out there, George today is a shell of its former self.

These T-Shirts are a scam. They're basically just like Next Level $5 t-shirts. Returning.
Praying for you to lose that 20-25 lbs. 🙏🏼✝️
Uh , who asked for it ?
If your body is not right…don’t buy the shirts lol
Work out a lil more.
