    Endothermic peak will be in downward direction there system will absorb heat/energy, so there will be decrease in temp. and in exotherm the peak will be in Upward direction as it release the energy/heat. there would be increase in temp. Please correct your statement

    The variation of the temperature is negative in the sample for exothermic processes, why does the peak goes up not down in the graphics then?

    mam , i have doubt , if sample is absorbing heat then the temp will raise, and if something absorbs the heat then it is exothermic process. in exothermic process substrate absorbs energy , so by this logic peak will be endotherm and dip will be exotherm
    not saying something is wrong , just asking genuinely to clarify my confusion .
