NOTE: I am aware that after I said Red Habaneros are the hottest, I said Chocolate Habaneros are hotter. Allow me to clarify: Red Habaneros are the hottest that I've experienced in sauces. My choc habanero sauce from pepper palace, while tasty, is not hot at all. So I've yet to be convinced that they are the hottest variation of this pepper.
