@Klevin Sadiku The word normal is dumb, it suggests every human being is exactly the same or should act exactly the same. Even robots don't act exactly the same.
You can really see the generational difference. Except for the one younger guy, the younger generation was either accepting or neutral. Older generation were big no’s. It’s similar in the US, but older generations are more accepting lately too
The issue was settled for the majority of people about 30 years ago, it's been resurrected as an issue for sinister and nefarious purposes, racism also. Something very sinister observable, speaking as an older person.
Tolerance is greater than 30 years ago yes. But then so is acceptance of illiberal Leftist ideologies that attack people for being white, male, European, straight, Christian or whatever imaginary guilt trip. It's sick. The problem is when historically oppressed (or supposedly oppressed) groups don't want to eliminate oppression, they want to reverse that 'historic' oppression & control,the entire social narrative. So it's great in some ways people have more freedom than ever to live as they want, that's a good trend away from violence, but it's terrible there is a movement to denigrate certain people and limit their rights to speak and participate. Judging a person for their pale skin color is both stupidly racist and ignorant of history. Don't take this kind of discrimination from people. The Illiberal Left are willing to use violence against you in the same way violence has been historically used against blacks, Jews and gays.
@@j_freed i'm tolerant on an individual level. I mean live and let be. On an idea level i think it is a perversion... but i am not going to promote putting a stop to it with governmental force. i can see no benefit from it to society though and only downsides. Without heterosexual relationships that bear fruit in the first place, people that have homosexual tendencies would not exist. All in all its not something that should be encouraged, but also not something that should be persecuted either.
rvborgh - right, and as in the case of skin color, some lunatics advocating historically oppressed groups now seek to invert historical oppression, ie. colour activists seek to oppress white people, and LGBT activist seek to oppress normal hetero people & destroy the idea of normal sexuality and biology even a forbidding people to talk about it. They don't even want to debate the topic. There's no end to it because everyone has a historic oppression narrative, for example my mòther had family persecuted under Stalin and my father had Huguenot ancestors persecuted under Catholics. These were murderous injustices. So, is every historical crime against humanity gong to have redress, or are certain bad people just inventing violent causes to support a select few groups at the expense of all others? These are fake hate crimes held up for political ends. RESIST..
True. Kinda similar in India with younger people being more tolerant or accepting. However once again this acceptance is more in the urban & more exposure areas. Still strictly taboo in rural or small towns.
@@wallachia4797 Can a I ask you something, Gay people were born adult? Because, believe it or not, I was a kid and I know I was different since I was a kid. The people on the video came with that bullshit of "protect" kids... Funny and also hypocritical. I hope some of them care about bullying in school towards gay kids and teenagers, or teenagers that get beat or expelled of their houses just for being different. The "protect kids speech" is plain #BULLSHIT
When I visited Kyiv, particularly in Khreshchatyk street I saw two teenage guys on a bench kissing passionately each other. Involuntarily I laughed at them (not in a close distance of course, I think they even didn't realize my presence) since it was my first time looking at such scene in real life. Few seconds afterward I regret to do so because I know about their suffering for only loving and being themselves in society.
I notice a rainbow arch in Kiev, I asked a girl I was dating from Kiev what it meant, She just got up and walked away, not sure if it was her anxiety or what I said.
@Mei -mei If it makes you feel better I'd also ban straight people holding hands in public just as much as gay people if I can because they remind me that I don't have someone who loves me and OH GOD I'M SO FUCKING LONELY HELP ME

I'm so happy to see that the situation is changing there in Ukraine as the younger generations are becoming more tolerant. We can't fight alone, we need allies and I'm so proud to see there are many in this beautiful country.
They are not allies, neutral is neutral. It was pretty shocking to see this video. I mean we live in 2021, it is like they stayed behind, I wouldn't travel to that country.
@@ml9356 I didn't say things are alright in Ukraine for LGTBQ+ community in the first place, I just said "the situation is changing" based not only on the video but my personal experience as well. And I didn't say that all the people in the video are allies either, yes most of them are neutral but some of them (younger generations) are in favour of LGTBQ+ rights too. Is that enough? No, of course not but my reply was focused on the positive side of things. If you don't want to travel to Ukraine then don't but aren't there homophobes where you live? Sadly no country in this world is homophobia free, it still happens everywhere for example my country has one of the most progressive LGTBQ+ legislation in the world and it is still not enough.
@@franciscopaez5893 yeah i totally agree with you. Lately, homophobia has decreased globally especially bc of the newer generations and generally acceptance has increased!! Interesting topic and responses delivered in the local language(s). I feel like I'm on a culture exchange, double thumbs up. Defiantly dig the word on the street videos, even if you're compiling others footage and subtitling it. I'd be interested in in hearing peoples views re; the environment. Like what do people think regarding balancing economic growth, quality of life, and resiliency/fragility of the nature world.
I noticed most Russian speakers were against it and most Ukrainian speakers didn't mind. Also, younger people are more open in general. That is good news. I walked in a dress around the world once and Eastern Europe was more challenging than Turkey. I speak Russian as well and I will study Ukrainian for my next visit.

I have to say that I visited Ukraine twice (once in Kyiv and once in Lviv). I am gay myself and it's pretty obvious,so I expected a lot of homophobic people. Didnt meet any different attitude than western cities. Moreover, I encountered many positive views and gay friendly people. So in my experience, I can say that Ukraine is not so bad and homophobic as it described in media. At least not in the big cities. Cant wait to return back. ❤
If you are from the US and Western Europe, your experience is not representative... It's like rich White people who go to Morocco and claim it's not homophobic.
I'm Ukrainian, but was born in United States. I've never been there but wanna visit someday. Also im transgender and thankful that I wasn't born there. It seems they're very behind on the LGBT lifestyle and doesn't seem safe. I would probably be really depressed growing up there.
Being lgbtq isn’t a lifestyle, that implies it’s a choice, I’m transgender too and I never chose to be this way it’s a gift from nature, that’s how I’ve come to see it. I’m sure you didn’t mean to offend but please choose your words more carefully. They are important.
Just because people don't subscribed to what you consider normal doesn't mean you have a justification for denying their human rights. If the only thing they're doing is offending you maybe it's time to grow up or crawl back under the rock you've been living under until you can learn to accept or at least tolerate it.
@A K Denying someone basic human rights is NOT an opinion. You can think about lgbtq what you want but telling them to "stay home" and marginalizing them is just unacceptable.
@A K By saying stuff like this he is actively discriminating human beings. Imagine someone telling a black person to stay home because everyone despises them... You can have an opinion but if it violates himan rights you shouldn't express it. Hence why hate speech is illegal.
@A K Obviously he is not talking about black people but if you adapt the same mentality on another minority you realise how fucked up it is. " The Constitution prescribes the following instances where the right of freedom of expression and speech can be limited: [...] for protecting the reputation or rights of other persons,[...] Several provisions of the Criminal Code punish incitement of hate speech." So yeah, freedom of speech is limited in ukraine and that's a good thing.
So sad that so many (both in the video and in the comments) think it's a choice. As long as it's with a willing, consenting partner of legal age and mental maturity... then by all means do what feels right and don't judge others for doing the same.
@zluka bober How is it irrelevant? There are gay people in every country. They just have to hide it and live an unhappy life where there is discrimination.
Hey Taya, I just wanted to tell you that I really like your new president! I saw him on American TV and he was great! I know that in Ukraine they don't like to talk about politics! But both your leader and ours agree that Ukraine has very much potential on the world economy! Anyway greetings from the U.S.A!!!!!!!!!🤗
Zelensky is not great just because your tv says so. That man takes drugs and throws se.x parties and he’s gay af. He’s no leader, no better than Hunter Biden. The only reason you see him on tv being portrayed as the good guy, is because he works w Biden on literally destroying the world. He wants others to Arm Ukraine instead of fighting his own battles. Nobody gave a flying fuck when Afghanistan was being attacked. Oh yea because it was the states who attacked them not Russia. Ofc if it ain’t in the media it Ain’t real. You think Putin is bad? Take a look at China. Why is nobody freeing the Muslims from the concentration camps in China?
Very good video, Taya. You did an awesome job by getting different opinions. I think you would have probably gotten the same results as if you did this video in the USA. I wish that you would do a video about how Ukrainians view Christianity and Christ. I always love your videos and I think you are an awesome lady.
Most traditionals are Ukrainian orthodox like Russians have there own orthodox church (a kind of national high church, grand & pompous like the Vatican), but attitudes change with new generations. For many it is a part of their cultural identity who force their children to attend much as it used to be in the west. War creates a strong reaction of either taking comfort in the concept or that no loving God would allow this death. There is a fear in older men that was prevalent in the 60's west of a framed normality & shame created by the church toward same sex couples that they felt was reflected on them, they are fine as figures of humiliation in the media. If you are old enough you will remember the ludicrous characters created with banal & predictable double entendres in the 70s & later exploited by Julian Clary (who was punished when he made an overtly sexual joke to shock this made it too real & threatening to the stupid - the people at the awards were in stitches over the absurd juxtaposition). I find it a hypocrisy that gay & lesbian soldiers are fighting for these bigots who don't want them around their children or even visible; do they think it is an irresistible disease or are they so ignorant that they confuse it with paedophilia.
All the people saying that they don’t want their kids to see it don’t understand that hiding it from their kids doesn’t mean that their kids will not be gay. It’s not a choice. If they’re gay, then that’s just who they are, and if one of these peoples’ kids turns out to be gay, no amount of shielding is going to prevent it, it will only make them feel like outsiders.
@@onepalproductions Right, except that that’s not happening. No one is discussing intimate sexual choices. If a child has two mummies or daddies and the other kids ask them or even bully them about it, why not explain to the kids that people love in different ways? If a straight teacher can put a photo of their husband/wife on their desk, why should a gay/lesbian couple not be afforded the same right? They don’t need to go into details, just like you or I wouldn’t need to go into details about our heterosexual intimacy.
@@patriciamillin1977 You hit the nail on the head with your last line. "... just like you or I wouldn’t need to go into details about our heterosexual intimacy." Yup, or even mention it. I know I never have, nor have I ever met anyone in my lifetime that has ever thought it's necessary to announce their sexual proclivities. As for "explaining to kids," that's something for parents to decide, and certainly not for a school, or teacher to decide. The role of education, if you can even call it that, has no role in imbuing children with values.
@@onepalproductions It has nothing to do with “imbuing children with values” if a teacher explains a _situation_ to kids to take the edge off. Kids do get bullied by other kids at school if they are somehow different, teachers are more often there to witness it than parents are.
This is why I support Ukraine. Zelensky treats everyone as equal human beings prior to previous Ukrainian presidents. He also respects efforts done by lgbt Ukrainian soldiers not just to defend thier land, but also as how they are in real life. This is what makes me think Zelensky is a great president for Ukraine. Those parents that don't want their kids to be around lgbt people. Fine. But if their kid bullies other lgbt students in schools or neighborhoods. Then that's a problem and in no way should be accepted. It's ok if kids don't want to be friends with certain type of people, but that dosen't give them the right to bully them. I see a lot of parents tell their kids: '' stay away from this or that group of children. " And many children think that because their parents are telling them to stay away from them, it means also to make fun of them. When that's not the case.

Thanks for this video. I'm so sorry for what's happening in Ukraine. This war with horrific consequenses as in all wars are ... I can't even find words for how terrible it is. I couldn't even imagine this to happen. I mean, I knew the situation in Crimea horrible as well, illegally taken by Russia, correct me if I'm wrong. However, this is much worse. Attacking, killing, and try to occupy a sovereign, independent country! I can say that the nordic countries including my country Sweden do stand with Ukraine. I've seen some clips how united the militairy is. No matter if they are straight, gay, bi etc... You all are fighting for your country. I mean everything, EVERYTHING would be like hell if the worst scenario happens. Moldova is unfortunately on the risk zone as well. We do not need war in europe, no war at all in the entire world. The only thing we need is peace, acceptance, prosperity and living in harmony with one another. I can't understand those countries that do not condemn and make sanctions towards Russia. For me it's incomprehensible and morally wrong. 🇸🇪❤️🇺🇦 Take care, and remember this is not your nor Ukrainians fault. It is Putin's and his subscribers/followers fault! ☮️
Crimea had a official referendum forbthe people of Crimea, who were majority Russian, with little to bo Ukraine culture. Also Russia invaded Ukraine because NATO expansion into Ukraine, and Russia does not see Ukraine as independent because of their illegal coup in 2014. If you don’t know, Western funded extremists took over the government in 2014, and it basically broke Ukraine amendments and law. There was not a 75% vote in parliament to oust the President, it was something such as 70%, but it didn’t matter because paramilitary took control of the government building at that point and the president had to flee to Russia. So basically the change was not voted for, therefore it was illegal in Ukraine law, therefore Russia sees this as Ukraine breaking their status as a Sovergn country. Parliament doesn’t matter anymore in Ukraine because Zelenske Abolished the Parliament.

why the hell someone bothering about other's sexuality ? Psychiatrists have proven that homosexuality is not a disorder from the 70's . Homosexuality is also widespread in nature .
The most significant issue is when LGBT people start considering themselves an LGBT "community". There are individual rights. There should not be "group rights". Here in the USA, it is becoming more and more apparent that much more is going on with this issue than individual people wishing to be accepted.
Well there's no 'community' of any kind really - nobody gets to represent you as the 'heterosexual' community either because it doesn't exist, these are made up political buzzwords. *People are individuals.* Radical Leftists don't believe in the individual, so they have to pit imaginary groups against each other, just like the Marxists did. They are trying to force-feed very young school children with Gender Rainbow Unicorn horseshit instead of just let them discovering who they are. I think it is necessary to differentiate between the LGBT community and gay or transgender people. Because LGBT people often exaggerate and are unnecessarily expressive. This can be provocative to more conservative and older people. And I honestly do not like to confront my children with that either.
God bless the man in the check shirt towards the end who mentioned LGBT rights needing to be protected in law. I stand with Ukraine against the Russian aggression, but let’s be absolutely clear. In Ukraine, LGBT people have virtually zero rights. There have been a few Pride marches over the years in Ukraine, which have required far more police than marchers, to protect participants from violent thugs. A lot of gay men are in Ukraine right now, fighting for their country, and they need recognition for that. Furthermore, other LGBT people are having to flee into places like Poland, where they are not safe. Watching this video, it’s depressing to see opinions spouted about how gay people are not, “normal”, gay men are not “men” (despite being conveniently recognised as such when it’s time for them to fight) and children are not to be “exposed” to LGBT people. One person even said something about “crossing my borders” which I take it means “I don’t mind the gays as long as they don’t hit on me” - gay panic! So yes, the bloke near the end of the video said it brilliantly. Attitudes will never change, which means that gay people will never be safe, until the laws are tightened up to protect LGBT rights, which, by the way are the same rights as everybody else. The right to be recognised as a couple, to be able to attend your same sex partner’s funeral, to be able to hold hands and kiss without getting beaten the crap out of. That sort of thing. Sort your shit out, Ukraine, (and Poland).

@@фийкё Well, it's is a democratic country. Compare Ukraine to Russia or Belarus. Ukraine is a democratic country moving towards the right direction, slowly but still. Human rights, like LGBTQ+ rights are getting better in Ukraine, but still, there are much more to do...
Watching this video post-invasion, it's interesting that polls show Ukraine has been moving in a much more liberal direction since 2014. This is not surprising, as Russia is aggressively homophobic and countries west of the iron curtain tend to be far more progressive than the former soviet states. After reports of LGBT+ 'camps' in Russia, I hope Ukraine begins legislative liberalisation once Russia has fully withdrawn
Those people saying that kids shouldn’t see it are projecting themselves on people. That means they see it and want to be gay. So please, stay home and don’t remind them how they feel deep inside.
Nope, definitely not it. Theyre concerned because kids can be conditioned into becoming lgbtq. If a kid is surrounded by gay people all their life theyll most likely turn out gay themselves. Simple psychology
I find it interesting that these videos from the Eastern Block contain more people with diverse VIEWS speaking calmly and honestly than any gathering I have been to in the USA. I personally do not care what people do behind closed doors but I also dislike sexuality being pushed in my face and it is not only LGBT it is ALL sexuality here in the states we never seem to stop talking about sex.
This hits close to home. I am from Kiev Ukraine (living in Czech Republic since childhood) and my relatives from back home are homophobic (they consider it 'not normal' and against God) as well as racist. I'm trying to avoid such topics when talking to them, but overall it makes is difficult for me to accept them. Which makes it a catch 22. I'm not accepting them for similar reasons they are not accepting the minorities (being different from what I consider right).
I think Ukraine is less racist to black people (African descent), Turkish and Middle Eastern people than the Czech Republic is. Ukraine is also nicer and more tolerant to Muslims than the Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is only accepting of East Asians or other oriental people.
@@Samchocolate11 I can only talk about my personal experience with my family. I could not compare the two countries, because I don’t have enough information in that matter.
Mila Sliacka - I understand. May I ask where your family live in Ukraine? Because I’ve read that eastern Ukraine tends to be more bigoted and racist, I’ve read that the bigger cities in western Ukraine are more tolerant.
I am not an activist, I do not write about my sexual orientation (gay) on Facebook, nor do I participate in Pride Parades. But I want to say a few things here just to explain and state that discrimination is not okay, and that we must listen to research I see quite a few people in the video think that we "shouldn't be gay in front of children in public". And that they make too big a deal out of the situation, what do they add to this? Are they referring to activism? And what do they mean by "big deal"? Do they mean two men holding hands in the park or on the street? Or do they mean the Pride Parade and protest parades? If someone asks if I have a girlfriend (kjæreste in Norwegian language, which is a universal word for both girlfriend and boyfriend), then I answered "yes" (before, now I'm single), and then they asked me "what's her name?" then I answer "his name is ____" and this is perceived by some as activism, that I "want attention" because I am gay. Sexual orientation is a private matter, at the same time we gays have the same right to talk about our boyfriends as heterosexuals can talk about their boyfriends/girlfriends. When colleagues ask "what did you do at the weekend?" I answer that "I visited my boyfriend" or "I was on holiday with my boyfriend". I have the right to make statements about hobbies and interests and social activities that I do in my spare time, I can refer to my boyfriend in the same way as a heterosexual man talks about his wife/girlfriend. If a heterosexual talks about his partner of the opposite sex, is he/she a heterosexual activist? Does he/she heterosexual make a big deal out of his/her orientation? If a man and woman hold hands in the park, are these activists looking for «heterosexual attention?» I don't want homosexuals to stand out, I want us to be neutral, but if everything is to happen within the four walls of the house, then we are NOT neutral, then we are not equal to heterosexuals, we must behave equally, and not undercover, if we pretend to be single, we live a secret life, and it's UNNUTRAL I can respect that people can be conservative, and can think homosexuality is a sin, but the respect must be mutual, I can't ban conservative churches, I can't refuse conservatives to wait for sex before marriage, that's something between them and them , in the same way, being gay in public is something between us gays, no one has anything to do with this, and no one has the right to prevent this or shout out that we shouldn't be allowed to do this And this with "not in front of children".... Why not? Heterosexuals are allowed to hold hands even if children are present in the area, why can't homosexuals? Homosexuality is not a choice, you don't choose to become heterosexual, and you don't choose to become homosexual either. Nobody who isn't already gay doesn't want to become gay either, and it's not possible either, so relax, your child can't become gay from seeing two people of the same gender kiss or hold hands, unless he/she is gay already, but if he/she is not, then he/she can NOT become this either. Homosexuality is not a diagnosis, it also exists in the animal world. Research warns against discrimination and conversion therapy, they also warn that people who are gay should punish themselves with self-denial, they have committed many suicides, it has caused a lot of anxiety and depression, alcohol problems, trauma and drug problems. We don't need to make a big deal of ourselves, but we also don't need to hide ourselves away from the public There is ONLY ONE difference between homosexuals and heterosexuals, and that is that heterosexuals are attracted to the opposite sex, and homosexuals to the same sex. This thing about masculinity and femininity has nothing to do with homosexuality, it's just that some of the homosexuals have such a lifestyle, and no offense, I see nothing wrong with that, but I think it's about a culture rather than biology (note that I say THINK but it doesn't mean I know), but I'm not feminine anyway, I'm as masculine as most heterosexuals, I don't stand out, I'm like an average man, the only thing that differentiates me from averages is that I am attracted to the same sex, and I feel the feminine gays are the ones you see in Pride parades and in reality shows, and in movies, the vast majority of gays that I know are masculine men who speak with men's voices, walk in a masculine way, use masculine clothes and have masculine interests. So no, most of us do NOT stand out But I have to admit, I don't dare hold hands in public, precisely because there is so much homophobia in society
Its like this in most of the world here in Austria younger ppl accept it a lot and the older generation is just meh about it (just some teenagers find it funny to discriminate it but they're to young to understand)

As a Ukrainian supporter, I support those Ukrainian people who treat everyone as equal human beings, whether they are lgbt or have disabilities. And the same goes for russia people too. I support only good despite their nationality.
Unfortunately Ukraine is still pretty homophobic . But that's the question of respecting human rights . As they move toward accepting values of western democracies , with time ,this attitude will change .
Let's not . The age of consent in most civilized countries is 18 . 9 is less than 18 . At 18, a person is mature enough to make his/her own decisions, especially when it comes to choices of their personal lives. At 9, not .
No , at 9 we can not let them be (her or him) . Those are children. They can not give consent .They are not mature enough to make those kind of decisions and adults are responsible for their well-being. Are you promoting pedophilia ? It is sick , illegal, wrong and stupid . At 18 they can consensually fuck who ever they want .
Just curious how many thousands of people were actually questioned? I hope not just a handful because that proves nothing. I do commend you for making this video. I know many lesbian girls would be afraid to come out. Kudos to you.

Live free or die includes everyone I hate intolerance and those who think everyone should be as they are. And those that think if you see it or know about it you can catch it. I also hate stupid people.
So basically the young people are for it and the old people are hostile or at least neutral. And that's pretty much the way it is here in the USA. Time will win out.
Here in America the LGBTQ-XYZ community ran right past wanting equal right to wanting special treatment. They don’t want to be like everyone else. They constantly tell people, (who weren’t asking and don’t care) who and what they are. If you don’t agree with their life choice your automatically labeled a sexist, racist, homophobe. Well I’m here to say I’m a straight, white, male and damn proud and it!!!
I think alot of the people in this video think that this is a choise. One can not become gay. You are gay , or you are not gay. No one can be influenced to become gay if one is not gay in the first place. Why should gays stay inside? Why can't they buy an apartment together? Why can't they hold hands together? If anyone cares about it, that's their problem, not the gays' problem. If we are to treat homosexuals the same way we treat heterosexuals, then they must be allowed to live the lives that heterosexual people live
To me, it's not weather you accept it or not. Everyone has the freedom to choose their destiny. People are just that, people; regardless of how they might identify. We are to love one another unconditionally. But to try to force ones beliefs onto others (proselytize) is not the Democratic way. There are several sects of people proselytizing these days. They should just let it be as it always has been. They will not succeed in changing the world to suit only them. I'm not phobic. But I am firm in my ways. I am that I am. That's how someone else that I know describes themself to others. It's the truth. You can't change that. Note: Look at what they are doing in the U.S. If your raise your children to learn your family ways at an early age, and then they go into the public speaking of such things, someone can be prosecuted for it. The government is proselytizing for the minorities.
As some one who was born in Ukraine, I am very sad to see what the country has turned into because of US influence!!! May Ukraine repent and turn to Jesus Christ!!! All glory to Jesus Christ!!!! Glory to Jesus!!!

@Klevin Sadiku what?
@Klevin Sadiku bro how are you trying to defend people being uneducated

I don't doubt what you're saying. But discussing details of people's intimate sexual choices is not something that people deem generally acceptable.
"... just like you or I wouldn’t need to go into details about our heterosexual intimacy."
Yup, or even mention it.

Crimea had a official referendum forbthe people of Crimea, who were majority Russian, with little to bo Ukraine culture. Also Russia invaded Ukraine because NATO expansion into Ukraine,
and Russia does not see Ukraine as independent because of their illegal coup in 2014.

There's something very strange going on indeed, very very strange. Even gay people like author Douglas Murray don't like it.
Well there's no 'community' of any kind really - nobody gets to represent you as the 'heterosexual' community either because it doesn't exist, these are made up political buzzwords. *People are individuals.*
Radical Leftists don't believe in the individual, so they have to pit imaginary groups against each other, just like the Marxists did. They are trying to force-feed very young school children with Gender Rainbow Unicorn horseshit instead of just let them discovering who they are. The Illiberal Left are nuts, trying to push ideologies in your face and screaming hate accusations at you until you blindly accept them. Don't take this shit.
@@j_freed True. They seek to impose tribalism which will result in conflict and chaos. Then finally, enough people will seek an all powerful central government to restore order. God Help Us!
Stop. Just stop. They do not even have the same rights in the USA. In fact they have less rights. Good news is you're old as fuck. So you don't have much to worry about.
Ask yourself, "Why did they have to gather in groups? Who put them there?" People like you created this movement.

Brilliant 😂😂😂😂
I find It ridiculous to be so invested in someone else's sexuality. Neutrality is the mature way to go and believe me, some of the most homophobic men I've known are gay deep down. Homophobia is at times a cover up. Fear of what you don't understand, brings destruction.

Omg, people are so ignorant and homophobic!
I think if god created as normal people we should be normal, and now people just dont care about anything and so...
I understand if its because of problems in the body when the person like chaning places between boy and girl... but when its just a fashion or mode, then its really stupid. Also when they have to respect other people like when they do LGBT parades. Ik there is situation wheb there was LGBT parade and there was a ambulance and they blocked a way and started dancing on ambulance, so person died that needed help in hospital.
Well they don't have the best attitude however when you compare to what most russians think, Ukraine is 50% ahead, I think there can be hope
Big up Taya, your the best!
Секунда думки про ЛГБТ:
1) Це особисте життя, право і вибір кожного;
2) Від "реклами" це не передається. Це так не працює. Якщо ти бачиш сцену про самогубства по ТВ ти ж вмить не стаєш самогубцем;
3) Навпаки, про це треба говорити, щоб не було насилля на ґрунті ненависті, яка виникає від незнання теми якраз;
4) Це такі ж самі ЛЮДИ як і ми. Можливо є серед твоїх навколишніх, ближніх, які приховують себе. Таких сотні мільйонів у світі і мільйони у нас;
5) Папа Римський "Хто я такий щоб їх судити (осуджувати)?...Церковні представники: "Ми повинні бути терпимими...";
6) Дівчатам можна, хлопцям - ні. Що за подвійні стандарти? Ми в 21 столітті. Повинна цікавити перш за все людина, а не її сексуальна орієнтація;
7) Такі стосунки є у 3500 видів тварин; були в різних культурах: від греків і Риму до сходу і Китаю; тисячі відомих письменників, політиків, діячів, історичних вагомих постатей були лезбійками, геями чи бісексуальними;
8)Є безліч гетеросексуальних "нормальних" пар, в яких панує ненависть, насилля, жорстоке поводження і т.д. І на таке закривають, очі бо це" нормальна" сім`я . А те, що діти ростуть з психологічними травмами, фобіями і т.д. нікого не хвилює;
Many many thanks for sharing this excellent video and exceptional topic
I think it is necessary to differentiate between the LGBT community and gay or transgender people. Because LGBT people often exaggerate and are unnecessarily expressive. This can be provocative to more conservative and older people.
And I honestly do not like to confront my children with that either.
That girl in your thumbnail (the last one) is freaking elegant!
Interesting video, but Taya, could you please make your letters bigger. It was difficult to read. Thank you 😊👍
Sorry, I will!
Ukraine isn't democratic country
You are disgusting 😒
So you support Ukraine that oppressed LGBTQ people cause Russia is bad lol 😆 omfg Ukraine started the war by letting USA build bio labs n by daming up a river that watered 80% of Russias crops ...
Millions starved to death in Russia cause of Ukraine...
Fuck Ukraine and their nazi government n people
Ok, there's homophobes in Ukraine. Can i hate Ukraine for this like people hating Russia now? :}
@@фийкё Well, it's is a democratic country.
Of course kids wont watch that sick scenes..
I find it interesting that these videos from the Eastern Block contain more people with diverse VIEWS speaking calmly and honestly than any gathering I have been to in the USA. I personally do not care what people do behind closed doors but I also dislike sexuality being pushed in my face and it is not only LGBT it is ALL sexuality here in the states we never seem to stop talking about sex.
hope these people are safe rn 🥺😔❤️
Mila Sliacka -
I understand. May I ask where your family live in Ukraine? Because I’ve read that eastern Ukraine tends to be more bigoted and racist, I’ve read that the bigger cities in western Ukraine are more tolerant.
@@Samchocolate11 My family is from Kiev.
I don't understand why people use God for hateful purpose. God Does not like Hate. He says Love Thy Neighbour, be kind to each other.
I am not an activist, I do not write about my sexual orientation (gay) on Facebook, nor do I participate in Pride Parades. But I want to say a few things here just to explain and state that discrimination is not okay, and that we must listen to research
I see quite a few people in the video think that we "shouldn't be gay in front of children in public".
If a man and woman hold hands in the park, are these activists looking for «heterosexual attention?» I don't want homosexuals to stand out, I want us to be neutral, but if everything is to happen within the four walls of the house, then we are NOT neutral, then we are not equal to heterosexuals, we must behave equally, and not undercover, if we pretend to be single, we live a secret life, and it's UNNUTRAL
I can respect that people can be conservative, and can think homosexuality is a sin, but the respect must be mutual, I can't ban conservative churches, I can't refuse conservatives to wait for sex before marriage, that's something between them and them , in the same way, being gay in public is something between us gays, no one has anything to do with this, and no one has the right to prevent this or shout out that we shouldn't be allowed to do this
And this with "not in front of children".... We don't need to make a big deal of ourselves, but we also don't need to hide ourselves away from the public
There is ONLY ONE difference between homosexuals and heterosexuals, and that is that heterosexuals are attracted to the opposite sex, and homosexuals to the same sex. So no, most of us do NOT stand out
But I have to admit, I don't dare hold hands in public, precisely because there is so much homophobia in society
Sister Taya thinks for sharing this video GodBless yuo allways and yuor friend and family I love you 😘😘❤️♥️❤️

Unfortunately Ukraine is still pretty homophobic . But that's the question of respecting human rights . As they move toward accepting values of western democracies , with time ,this attitude will change .
I hope not why should they accept it in that case lets accept 30 year old and 9 year old marriage
Let's not . The age of consent in most civilized countries is 18 . 9 is less than 18 . At 18, a person is mature enough to make his/her own decisions, especially when it comes to choices of their personal lives. At 9, not .
@@anatolyex no lets comapre it a 16 year old def can think for sure so againt if not that dont give gays a choice either

I love how she translated some phrases like "if you have wrong orientation" -> "you belong to LGBT community" 😄
Now, I feel proud to be Spanish
Here in America the LGBTQ-XYZ community ran right past wanting equal right to wanting special treatment. They don’t want to be like everyone else. They constantly tell people, (who weren’t asking and don’t care) who and what they are. If you don’t agree with their life choice your automatically labeled a sexist, racist, homophobe. Well I’m here to say I’m a straight, white, male and damn proud and it!!!

Not all LGBT people are like that. The people you're talking about are the SJWs who make normal LGBT people look bad.
@Osman Gazi No they aren't.
ray ray it’s a choice. Plan and simple. No one is twisting their arm. It’s a choice.

Maybe you can ask them if they know any gay or lesbian people, and do they have any gays or lesbians in their families...
